Here are the schedule of activities and traffic schemes in connection with the Zamboanga Hermosa Festival 2026, pursuant to Executive Order No. KHYM-192-2026.

ZCPO Holds Staffing Pattern and UPER Review Conference

PLTCOL MENDEL S CASAO, Deputy City Director for Administration (DCDA), presided over the Staffing Pattern and Unit Performance Evaluation and Review (UPER) Conference on October 1, 2026, at the ZCPO Conference Room. The conference reviewed the performance, accomplishments, staffing, and operational concerns of ZCPO units and police stations.

The activity provided an opportunity to check the needs of each unit, identify areas for improvement, and address operational gaps. It also helps ensure that personnel and resources are properly utilized to support police operations and provide better service to the community. ZCPO remains committed to continuously improving its operations, strengthening police service, and ensuring a safe and peaceful Zamboanga City.

ZCPO Strengthens Coordination for Regatta, WOW Sardines Events

PCOL NORDAVE V. CALDERON, Officer-in-Charge of the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO), led the coordination meeting for Fiesta Hermosa 2026 held on October 2, 2026, at the Zamboanga City Hall. The meeting was attended by Hon. Khymer Adan T. Olaso, City Mayor, together with representatives from various city offices and security agencies.
The meeting focused on the security preparations, police deployment, crowd management, traffic concerns, and other safety measures for the upcoming major events scheduled on October 4, 2026, the Regatta and WOW Sardines at R.T. Lim Boulevard. The meeting emphasized the importance of close coordination, proper deployment, and teamwork among all concerned agencies to help ensure that these activities, as well as other Fiesta Hermosa events, are conducted safely, peacefully, and orderly for residents, visitors, and participants.

ZCPO remains committed to working closely with the City Government and other partner agencies to maintain peace and order and ensure the safety and security of everyone during the Fiesta Hermosa 2026 celebration.

As we celebrate the 2026 Hermosa Festival, everyone is reminded to observe the prohibited items and security measures under Executive Order No. KHYM 191-2026.

For the safety and convenience of everyone, please take note:

🚫 No bottles/containers, except plastic bottles
🚫 No backpacks
🚫 No unauthorized drone flying within the area
🚫 No caps, fedoras, waistcoats/chalecos, hooded jackets, and non-hooded jackets
All personal belongings are subject to security inspection.

ZCPO Personnel Gather in Prayer During PNP Blue Mass

ZCPO personnel, led by PCOL NORDAVE V. CALDERON, Officer-in-Charge of the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO), participated in the PNP Blue Mass as part of the organization’s continuing spiritual and moral upliftment program. The celebration was officiated by Rev. Fr. Filmore Calibo, who offered prayers and blessings for the safety, guidance, strength, and well-being of all police officers and their families. ZCPO Highlights Partnership in Strengthening Peace and Order

PCOL NORDAVE V. CALDERON, Officer-in-Charge of the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO), attended the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) meeting at the City Hall Conference Room in Zamboanga City. The meeting was led by Hon. Khymer Adan T. Olaso, City Mayor and Chairperson of the Council, along with representatives from various government offices, law enforcement units, and partner agencies. The meeting focused on key concerns and updates related to peace, order, and public safety in the city.

PCOL Calderon shared updates on the ZCPO’s recent accomplishments, crime prevention activities, police operations, and other initiatives being implemented to help ensure the safety of the community. He also stressed the importance of continued teamwork and coordination among the local government, police, other government agencies, and community partners in addressing security concerns and maintaining peace and order in Zamboanga City.
