The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board IX conducted a 7S of Good Housekeeping Training for twenty-five (25) regular employees of the Department of Migrant Workers IX on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Grand Astoria Hotel in Zamboanga City.

The training aimed to enhance workplace organization, cleanliness, efficiency, and safety by equipping participants with practical knowledge and techniques on the 7S methodology.

The activity was held on 11 June 2026 at Roderick's Resort in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. RTWPB-IX Chairperson Albert Gutib graced the event and conveyed his message of support to the participants.

RTWPB-IX staff Atty. Brenda M. Quintas and Ms. Erlinda Q. Pontanosa delivered comprehensive discussions on the Productivity-Based Incentives Scheme and Green Productivity. Meanwhile, BS Joel M. Ijirani shared valuable insights on wage-related matters during the open forum.

The activity provided participants with practical knowledge and reinforced the importance of productivity and policy adaptation in strengthening Labor-Management Cooperation.
