Alhamdulillah. I thank Allah SWT for the peaceful elections that transpired in my home province of Tawi-Tawi and throughout the Bangsamoro. While there were irregularities that we cannot simply set aside, I am grateful that, overall, our people were able to exercise their right to vote peacefully and freely.
To the ๐๐๐,๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ, ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐, ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ข-๐๐๐ฐ๐ข โ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ญ. ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ง.
You rallied behind me, believed in my candidacy, and shared with me the dream of a better, more peaceful, and more prosperous Bangsamoro.
Binuksan niyo ang inyong mga tahanan, tinanggap ako sa inyong mga komunidad, ibinahagi ang inyong mga kuwento, mga pagsubok, at mga pag-asa. You gave me not only your votes, but something far more precious โ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ.

Nagmula ang aking paglalakbay sa pampublikong serbisyo noong 1993. I have devoted my whole life and my whole heart to serving the Bangsamoro people.
From serving as an Assemblywoman, as Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development of the ARMM, as Vice Governor, and eventually as Congresswoman of the Lone District of Tawi-Tawi, life has taken me through many different roads.
But through all these years, one thing has remained constant:

As one of the key authors of the ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฐ, I have witnessed a dream that once seemed so distant become a reality. I have seen the long years of struggle, dialogue, sacrifice, and hope lead us to where we are today.
And today, I feel a deep sense of gratitude.
The peace process has moved forward.
The Bangsamoro's right to self-determination has been exercised.
Our people have been given the opportunity to choose their leaders.
And most importantly, ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐จ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ค๐๐ง.

You now carry on your shoulders the hopes of generations who have long prayed for peace, dignity, justice, development, and a better future for their children. Serve with humility. Listen to our people. Remember the communities farthest from the centers of power. And never forget that the Bangsamoro dream was built through the sacrifices of those who came before us.
