The partner-beneficiaries of Project LAWA at BINHI in Brgy. Casacon, Roseller T. Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay continue to reap the rewards of their dedication and hard work as they recorded another productive harvest on July 30 and August 1, 2026.
Across the two harvesting dates, the beneficiaries produced a combined total of 9 kilograms of okra, 6 kilograms of ampalaya, 67 kilograms of upo, 166 kilograms of talong, 37.5 kilograms of kalabasa, and 28 kilograms of atsal. These harvests continue to provide nutritious food for their families while generating additional income through the sale of surplus produce.
The sustained productivity of the communal garden reflects the beneficiaries' commitment to maintaining their crops and highlights the positive impact of Project LAWA at BINHI in strengthening food security, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and building climate-resilient communities.
