"Knowledge turns panic into peace; training turns fear into focus."

|| FIRE SAFETY AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS SEMINAR ||

IN PHOTOS | Under the leadership of SFO3 Jennifer P Rivero - Acting Sub Station Commander, together with the Shift A duty personnel, the Sinunuc Fire Sub-Station conducted Fire Safety Seminar and Disaster Preparedness Seminar to the Girls Scout Student of Sinunuc National High School aimed at enhancing the students’ knowledge, awareness, and preparedness in responding to fire incidents and other emergencies.

The discussion focused on fire prevention, fire safety practices, emergency response, evacuation procedures, disaster preparedness, and the importance of staying calm and alert during emergencies. The students were also encouraged to become responsible safety advocates who can help promote preparedness and safety in their school, homes, and community.

Through activities like this, we continue to empower the youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prevent emergencies and respond effectively when disaster strikes.

Instilling safety awareness in students is critical to preventing tragedies before they happen. Through this session, the scouts learned to recognize potential hazards, respond effectively during disasters, and lead by example in safety practices within their homes and school.

Equipping our youth with safety education today creates a safer, more resilient community tomorrow.
