PNP Nakasamsam ng Mahigit ₱31K Halaga ng Pinaghihinalaang Shabu sa Anti-Illegal Drug Operation

Bilang bahagi ng pinaigting na kampanya laban sa ilegal na droga, matagumpay na nagsagawa ng anti-illegal drug operation ang mga operatiba ng Philippine National Police na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng isang hinihinalang drug personality at pagkakasamsam ng pinaghihinalaang shabu.

Sa isinagawang operasyon, nakumpiska ang pinaghihinalaang shabu na may tinatayang Standard Drug Price (SDP) na Php 31,280.00. Ang nakuhang ebidensya ay isinailalim sa tamang pagmamarka, imbentaryo, at dokumentasyon alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at pamamaraan sa paghawak ng mga ebidensyang may kaugnayan sa ilegal na droga.

Ang naarestong suspek at ang mga nakumpiskang ebidensya ay dinala sa himpilan ng pulisya para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at pagsasampa ng naaangkop na kaso sa paglabag sa Republic Act No. 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Muling pinagtibay ng Philippine National Police ang matatag nitong paninindigan laban sa ilegal na droga at ang patuloy na pagsasagawa ng mga operasyon upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan, kaayusan, at kaligtasan ng mamamayan.

Hinihikayat din ang publiko na makiisa sa kampanya ng pamahalaan laban sa ilegal na droga sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng impormasyon sa mga awtoridad hinggil sa anumang kahina-hinalang aktibidad sa kanilang komunidad.

INTELLIGENCE TRAIL LEADS TO ARREST OF WANTED QUALIFIED TRAFFICKING ACCUSED

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — A 76-year-old elusive wanted person facing two counts of qualified trafficking was arrested in an intelligence-driven operation conducted by police authorities in Angat, Bulacan, on May 29, 2026.

The arrest was carried out by the Tracker Team of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office's Provincial Intelligence Unit, in coordination with personnel of the Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company and Angat Municipal Police Station, following focused intelligence gathering and target monitoring operations.

The accused was apprehended at a farm in Barangay Encanto, Angat, Bulacan by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Malolos City, Bulacan for two counts of Qualified Trafficking under Republic Act No. 9208, as amended by Republic Acts No. 10364 and No. 11862. The court recommended no bail for both cases.

PRO3 Director PBGEN Jess B Mendez lauded the operating units for the successful operation, citing the crucial role of intelligence in locating and arresting wanted persons.

"This accomplishment highlights the effectiveness of intelligence-led police operations. Through diligent information gathering, coordination, and surveillance, our personnel successfully located and arrested an individual wanted by the courts. PRO3 remains steadfast in ensuring that persons facing criminal charges are held accountable under the law," PBGEN Mendez said.

The operation forms part of PRO3's intensified campaign against wanted persons in support of the PNP Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP, PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., and its commitment to delivering Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.

K.A.A.K.B.A.Y. Project

(Komprehensibong Aksyon tungo sa Aktibong kapayapaan at seguridad, Bantay Alertong tagapangalaga ng mga Yamang baybayin at kalikasan)

Introduction

Ang K.A.A.K.B.A.Y. Project ay isang proposed flagship community-based program ng Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station na naglalayong palakasin ang ugnayan ng kapulisan, lokal na pamahalaan, iba’t ibang ahensya, at komunidad tungo sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan, kaayusan, at kaligtasan ng mamamayan.

Bilang isang coastal municipality, binibigyang-diin ng programang ito ang kahalagahan ng pangangalaga sa yamang baybayin at kalikasan kasabay ng pagsusulong ng aktibong partisipasyon ng komunidad sa crime prevention, public safety, disaster preparedness, at environmental protection.

Sa pamamagitan ng whole-of-community approach, layunin ng K.A.A.K.B.A.Y. na makabuo ng isang mas matatag, ligtas, disiplinado, at environmentally sustainable na pamayanan.
