Police Visibility Operations

On June 3, 2026, at about 1:00 AM, personnel from Zaragoza Police Station conducted police visibility operations within the area of responsibility to ensure public safety and maintain peace and order. The activity was carried out under the supervision of PMAJ NELSON D SARMIENTO, Chief of Police, in coordination with other law enforcement units and the Advocacy Supports Group.
The purpose of the activity was to deter crime, prevent unlawful acts, and increase residents' and the general public's sense of security. Police officers also held dialogues with barangay officials, force multipliers, and community members to encourage cooperation and prompt the immediate reporting of any suspicious persons or activities.

2nd ROCBDC Deliberation, FY 2026

At approximately 8:00AM on June 2, 2026, the 2nd Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing (ROCBDC) Deliberation for FY 2026 commenced through a hybrid setup, with ROCBDC Members and Secretariats attending onsite at the Multipurpose Hall, PNP Regional Office 3, Camp Olivas, while other participants attended via online platforms.

The activity aimed to review and validate the current drug-clearing status of barangays across Central Luzon. During the deliberation, the Committee evaluated the submitted documents, the completeness of requirements, and compliance with the Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) criteria.

Results were formally presented, and the following outcomes were issued:
- Resolution on Retention of Drug-Cleared Status of the two remaining barangays of this municipality.
- Now, a total of 19 barangays of LGU - Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, retained their Drug-Cleared status.
