Cantonment Board Bahawalpur celebrated Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day on 14 August 2026 with a flag-hoisting ceremony, tree plantation activity and cake-cutting ceremony at the Cantonment Board office. Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir Observed by Cantonment Board Bahawalpur

On 05 August 2026, the officers and staff of Cantonment Board Bahawalpur observed Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir with deep respect and solidarity. The ceremony included a one-minute silence to honor the resilience and sacrifices of the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK), followed by a Solidarity Walk and the distribution of awareness pamphlets among the public.

The observance reaffirmed Pakistan's unwavering support for the just struggle of the Kashmiri people and underscored the importance of peace, justice, and the right to self-determination.
