Brief Profile of Mr. SHUAIB
SHUAIB is a well known personality in national as well international level. He is a Management Professional and is currently worked as General Manager HR Special Projects in Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). A Gold Medalist Masters in Business Administration and a Law Graduate, he served PIA in various positions which include Corporate Secretary, General Manager Food Services Division General Manager Economic Planning, General Manager Industrial Relations, and General Manager HR Management. SHUAIB had also briefly worked for National Police Foundation of Pakistan and National Bank of Pakistan. He is a “Certified Director” from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, as accredited by Risk Metrics Group, USA.
Apart from Professional life, SHUAIB is a well known personality in National as well International scouting. He remained as Provincial Commissioner of PIA BSA from December, 2014-2016; he served International Commissioner Pakistan Boy Scouts Association from 2014-2015. He was Senior Assistant Provincial Commissioner of PIA BSA. Earlier, he served as APC International Affairs. While serving as Assistant Provincial Commissioner Training & Program, he took revolutionary steps in strengthening the Training & Program Section of the Association which resulted in successful implementation of the then new training and program policies. He remained Consultant of Policies and Organization of the Association where he focused on the full implementation of policies designed for the growth and betterment of Association.
SHUAIB was elected International Commissioner PBSA in 2009-2011. During that tenure, he was instrumental in building bonds with other National Scouts Organizations and in active participation of PBSA in international events for scouts, rovers, and leaders/executives.
SHUAIB is widely traveled person having traveled to more than a dozen countries. As a professional and scout representative, he has traveled to UAE, Egypt, India, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Brazil, China, and Japan.
