🇵🇰 Independence Day Celebrations — District Youth Office Lower Chitral 🇵🇰
District Youth Office Lower Chitral proudly celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with meaningful and engaging youth activities, fostering patriotism, creativity and a sense of national pride among the young generation.
The celebrations featured two major activities:
🎂 Cake Cutting Ceremony — commemorating the spirit of freedom and national unity.
🎨 Independence Day Painting Competition — young artists expressed their love for Pakistan through creativity and art on the theme “Independence Day of Pakistan.” The winners were awarded cash prizes and shields in recognition of their talent and efforts.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Shahid Hussain, District Education Officer Lower Chitral, as Chief Guest. Prominent guests included Mr. Zia ur Rehman, CEO Zia-ul-Hunar Organization, and Mr. Fida Ur Rehman, Director, Osama Warraich Career Academy Chitral Lower. Ms. Anha Reham, a young artist, served as the jury for the painting competition.
The District Youth Officer Lower Chitral also participated in the Independence Day rally and various celebrations at Centennial Model High School, joining students, teachers and community members in celebrating the spirit of freedom.
These activities reflect the commitment of the District Youth Office Lower Chitral towards promoting youth participation, creativity, patriotism, talent development and positive engagement of young people in nation-building.
