District Steering Committee Meeting – 72nd Session 15 April, 2026 | 📍 DC Office, Upper Dir

حکومتِ خیبر پختونخوا کے نوٹیفکیشن نمبر SOC(E&AD)13-3/2026 مورخہ 17-03-2026 کی روشنی میں، محکمہ ابتدائی و ثانوی تعلیم یہ اعلان کرتا ہے کہ 24-03-2026 سے 29-03-2026 تک (دونوں دن شامل) خیبر پختونخوا کے تمام سرکاری و نجی تعلیمی اداروں میں تعطیلات ہوں گی۔
یہ تعطیلات "صوبائی ایندھن بچاؤ اور ذمہ دارانہ طرزِ حکمرانی کے اقدامات کے نفاذ" کے پیشِ نظر دی جا رہی ہیں۔
2۔ تاہم، جہاں ممکن ہو، اسکولوں میں آن لائن / گھریلو تعلیم جاری رکھی جا سکتی ہے۔
مزید برآں، اسکول انتظامیہ کا عملہ دفاتر میں موجود رہے گا تاکہ داخلہ سے متعلقہ امور جاری رکھے جا سکیں۔

حکومت خیبرپختونخوا کی جانب سے ایندھن بچت اور ذمہ دار گورننس اقدامات کے تحت اہم فیصلے:
✅ سرکاری دفاتر میں جمعہ کے دن 100٪ ورک فرام ہوم نافذ ہوگا۔
⏳ یہ فیصلہ دو ماہ یا حالات بہتر ہونے تک لاگو رہے گا۔
✅ تمام سرکاری و نجی تعلیمی اداروں میں 24 مارچ سے اسپرنگ بریک ہوگی۔
✅ اسپرنگ بریک کا اطلاق بورڈ اور یونیورسٹی امتحانات پر نہیں ہوگا۔

📅 تعطیلات کی تاریخیں:

The District Monitoring Officer (DMO), KPEMA Upper Dir, conducted inspection visits to various Govt schools across the district on 10-03-2026.

During the visits, the DMO reviewed overall institutional performance, verified staff attendance, and assessed the availability and condition of educational facilities in accordance with prescribed standards and monitoring guidelines.

Various aspects of school functioning, including academic activities, administrative arrangements, and learning environment, were carefully observed. Necessary instructions and guidance were issued to the concerned staff for improvement wherever required to ensure better service delivery and adherence to standards.

The Monthly Progress Review Meeting of the Education Monitoring Authority (EMA) Staff held today on 24-02-2026 at EMA Office, Upper Dir. The meeting was chaired by the District Monitoring Officer (DMO) and attended by all monitoring staff.
The forum conducted a comprehensive review of the District Service Delivery (DSD) Phase-II indicators. Progress achieved against each indicator was examined in detail, gaps were identified, and corrective measures were deliberated upon to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Emphasis was laid on improving data accuracy, strengthening field monitoring, and ensuring strict compliance with the prescribed service delivery standards. The staff were thoroughly briefed regarding their respective assignments, performance benchmarks, and reporting timelines.
The Chair directed all concerned officials to enhance field vigilance, maintain transparency in reporting, and ensure measurable improvement in performance indicators before the next review meeting.
