موبائل خریداری سے متعلق گمراہ کن خبریں!

پنجاب محتسب کے دفتر کی طرف سے موبائل خریداری سے متعلق سوشل میڈیا رپورٹس غلط اور گمراہ کن ہیں۔

محتسب کا دفتر اپنے عمل اور نظام کو ڈیجیٹائز کر رہا ہے تاکہ عوام کو انصاف تک رسائی میں اضافہ ہو سکے، خاص طور پر ان لوگوں کے لیے جو بیرون ملک سے اپنی آن لائن شکایات درج کراتے ہیں۔ اوورسیز پاکستانی شکایات مینجمنٹ انفارمیشن سسٹم (OPCMIS) کا آغاز اسی تبدیلی کا حصہ ہے۔

نیا OPCMIS موبائل ایپ اینڈرائیڈ بیسڈ پلیٹ فارم (جیسے گوگل پلے اسٹور) اور آئی او ایس بیسڈ پلیٹ فارم (جیسے ایپل ایپ اسٹور) پر لانچ کیا جا رہا ہے تاکہ اوورسیز اور نیشنل پاکستانیوں کے لیے انصاف تک بہتر اور وسیع رسائی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

یہ موبائل فونز اس جاری اپ گریڈیشن کے حصے کے طور پر حاصل کیے گئے تھے تاکہ محتسب کے دفتر کے افسران اور عملہ ان شکایات پر فوری کارروائی کر سکیں، بشمول آن لائن درج کرائی گئی شکایات۔

یہ موبائل فونز دفتر کے مختص اور منظور شدہ بجٹ سے خریدے گئے، تمام ضوابط کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے اور پی پی آر اے قواعد کے مطابق، اور مجاز اتھارٹی کی منظوری سے۔

*Misleading News About Phone Purchases!*

The social media reports regarding mobile purchases by the Punjab Ombudsman’s office are erroneous and misleading.

The Ombudsman’s office is digitalising its processes and systems to enhance public access to justice, especially for people who file their online complaints from abroad. The Overseas Pakistanis Complaint Management Information System (OPCMIS) being launched is part of this transformative change.

The New OPCMIS Mobile App on Android based Platform (like Google Play Store) and on IOS based Platform (like Apple Apps Store) is being launched to ensure better and enhanced access to justice for Overseas and National Pakistanis.

The mobile phones were acquired as part of this ongoing up-gradation to ensure that officers and staff of the Ombudsman’s office can promptly take action on such complaints, including those filed online.

These mobile phones were purchased from the allocated and sanctioned budget of the Office, following all procedural formalities and in compliance with PPRA rules, and with the approval of the competent authority.
