اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر محتسب (حب/لسبیلہ/آواران) ساجد بلوچ کی کامیاب کارروائی، انتقالِ اراضی (میوٹیشن) کا کیس حل، شکایت کنندہ کو انصاف مل گیا
حب: اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر محتسب (حب، لسبیلہ، آواران) ساجد بلوچ نے انتقالِ اراضی (میوٹیشن) سے متعلق ایک اہم شکایت کو کامیابی سے حل کرتے ہوئے شکایت کنندہ کو بروقت انصاف فراہم کر دیا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق شکایت کنندہ کی جانب سے زرعی ترقیاتی بینک کے پاس زیرِ التوا انتقالِ اراضی (میوٹیشن) کے معاملے پر محتسب دفتر سے رجوع کیا گیا تھا۔ اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر محتسب ساجد بلوچ نے کیس کا باریک بینی سے جائزہ لیا، متعلقہ اداروں سے رابطہ کیا اور قانونی تقاضے پورے کرواتے ہوئے معاملے کو کامیابی سے منطقی انجام تک پہنچایا۔
کامیاب کارروائی کے نتیجے میں زرعی ترقیاتی بینک کی جانب سے مذکورہ زمین کا انتقال (میوٹیشن) شکایت کنندہ کے نام منتقل کر دیا گیا، جس پر متاثرہ شہری نے دفترِ محتسب اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ساجد بلوچ کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے ان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
اس موقع پر اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر محتسب ساجد بلوچ نے کہا کہ محتسب ادارے کا بنیادی مقصد عوام کو فوری، مؤثر اور بلاامتیاز انصاف فراہم کرنا ہے، اور شہریوں کی شکایات کو قانون کے مطابق جلد از جلد حل کرنا ان کی اولین ترجیح ہے۔ انہوں نے عوام سے اپیل کی کہ اگر کسی بھی سرکاری ادارے سے متعلق انہیں شکایت یا مسئلہ درپیش ہو تو وہ بلاجھجک دفترِ محتسب سے رجوع کریں تاکہ ان کی شکایات کا شفاف اور بروقت ازالہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

Assistant Director Ombudsman Hub, Sajid Baloch, Takes Notice of News Against Hub Textile Siddiqsons Company; Emergency Visit to Chiselabad Aftab Colony

Assistant Director Ombudsman Hub, Sajid Baloch, along with Reader Huzoor Bakhsh Mondra, paid an emergency visit to Chiselabad Aftab Colony. During the visit, they reviewed the dire situation regarding sewage, chemical-mixed wastewater, and extremely poor sanitation conditions.

On this occasion, the management of Siddiqsons Company was summoned, and severe indignation was expressed. Assistant Director Ombudsman Hub Sajid Baloch took immediate notice of the contaminated water and waste emanating from Siddiqsons Company and issued directives to the relevant management for immediate action.

He clarified that spreading filth, pollution, and chemical-mixed water in the residential areas of Hub Chowki city will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Furthermore, strict orders were issued to Siddiqsons Company to ensure the cleaning of sewage lines and effective sanitation arrangements.

The local residents welcomed this move by the administration and demanded that constant monitoring and effective action be ensured so that the public can be relieved from this painful situation.
