*Minutes of the Annual Staff Meeting 2026–27*

The Annual Staff Meeting for the academic session 2026–27 was convened today with the entire college faculty in attendance. The session was presided over by the Worthy Principal, Prof. Farah Naz, who addressed the staff and outlined the key priorities and directives for the new academic year.
*Key Decisions and Directives*
*1. Directorate Compliance & Maintenance of Records*
The concerned staff members are directed to systematically organize and file all official records to ensure transparency and easy accessibility.
*2. Submission of Study Schemes*
All faculty members are required to prepare and submit their comprehensive study schemes to their respective Heads of Departments by *September 2, 2026*.
*3. Revised College Timings & Timetable*
The new college working hours will be *8:30 AM to 1:45 PM*. A revised timetable has been finalized in accordance with the extended schedule and will be followed with immediate effect.
*4. Submission to Departmental Coordinators*
In addition to submitting study schemes to HODs, faculty members are also instructed to submit copies to their respective Departmental Coordinators for record and monitoring purposes.
*5. Annual Duty Allocation*
The Annual Duty List for the session 2026–27 was reviewed, finalized, and duly signed by all staff members.
*6. Practical Logbooks & Documentation*
Emphasis was placed on the proper maintenance of practical logbooks. All concerned departments are directed to ensure that practical work is duly recorded and documented as per prescribed standards.
*7. Implementation of Revised Course File Format*
A new standardized pattern for course files was presented and discussed. All faculty members are instructed to adopt and implement the revised format for course files with immediate effect.
All staff members are directed to ensure strict compliance with the above instructions to maintain academic discipline and institutional efficiency.
