A two-day Training Session- “Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)”- aimed at capacity building of Food Safety Officers/ Analysts of Sindh Food Authority was conducted at Hotel Crown Hyderabad. Mr. Abdul Wahid Channa, Director (Operations & Vigilance), Sindh Food Authority Hyderabad Division, attended and monitored the attendance & participation of the FSOs of Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas & SBA Divisions. At the end of session, the Certificates of Participation & Appreciation were distributed among the participants.

The Additional Secretary, Board of Revenue Sindh, Mr. Abdul Wahid Channa, presided over a meeting at BoR Secretariat Hyderabad today. The pending issues with regard to Forest Land in Hyderabad Division were discussed in detail. The meeting was attended by the Chief Conservator Forest Sindh, Deputy Director HQ BoR Sindh, Deputy Director NAB Karachi, Consultant NAB on Revenue Matters, Assistant Commissioners & Mukhtiarkars of Hyderabad Division, Conservator Forests Hyderabad, Divisional Forest Officers & Range Forest Officers of the Hyderabad Division.

District Administration Hyderabad is committed & resolved for smooth ex*****on of Ring Road Project Hyderabad & for removing impediments / hard structures falling within its line-plan an anti-encroachment drive was carried out along the Indus River Bund near Kotri Bridge, Sehrish Nagar Qasimabad on 27-06-2024. This initiative was led by Assistant Commissioner Qasimabad, Mr. Abdul Wahid Channa, and Mukhtiarkar Qasimabad, Mr. Farhan Jatoi. Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Mr. Zain-ul-Abideen Memon, accompanied by SSP Hyderabad, Dr. Farukh Lanjhar & Deputy Director P&D, Mr Amir Ali Jatoi, personally visited the site to oversee the ongoing anti-encroachment drive & supervised the operation and assured the team of their support in addressing any issues encountered during the drive. They appreciated the efforts of Team Qasimabad & expressed confidence in the success of the operation.

Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Sir Zain-Ul-Abideen Memon Sb, visited under construction offices of Assistant Commissioner & Mukhtiarkar Taluka Qasimabad and he was briefed by the Assistant Commissioner Qasimabad, Mr Abdul Wahid Channa about the efforts being made in this connection. Worthy DC sb was further told that all the necessary works including furniture, fixture & appliances have been completed with the untiring efforts of both incumbent Assistant Commissioner & Mukhtiarkar Taluka Qasimabad which were accordingly admired & appreciated by the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad. An inauguration ceremony shall be held and the Assistant Commissioner & Mukhtiarkar Qasimabad offices shall be shifted to this new building very soo, IA.
