Dr. Anjum Soomro, Additional Director, CDC-III TB Control Program Sindh, and Dr. Kanwal Mustafa, Additional Director, CDC-I HIV/AIDS Sindh, along with Dr. Nara, WHO, and Dr. Mukhtiar Hussain Bhayo, Head of Sub-Office, WHO Sindh.
Held a TB-HIV collaborative meeting focused on strengthening TB-HIV collaboration and integrated service delivery, with a briefing on how TB and HIV services are being integrated to ensure timely screening, diagnosis, referral, and comprehensive care.

Dr. Anjum Ali Soomro, Additional Director, CDC-III TB Control Program Sindh, visited the JSI office in Karachi and met with Dr. Syed Saleem Kazmi, Advisor TB, JSI, and Dr. Ahmed Khan Laghari, Director Programs Sindh.
Dr. Syed Saleem Kazmi shared the 25-year district-wise compilation of TB case registrations (2000–2025), which was compiled and validated at the district level and reported to the TB Program/CDC Sindh, NTP and WHO.

Respected Dr. Parvez Ahmed Shaikh, Director General Health Sindh, presided over the transition ceremony for TB interventions from Dr Nabila, County Director JSI/US Government to the Government of Sindh. The initiative includes five Mobile TB Vans equipped with GeneXpert and CAD4 digital X-ray technology.
