1.The principal objective of the society is to promote and safe guard the socio-economic interests of its members with special emphasis on:-
2.To acquire land, houses, buildings or other property of for the purpose carrying out objectives of the Society.
3.To prepare plans, establish and maintain residential colonies for its members.
4.To construct, manage and maintain works, services and other in

stitutions of various kinds for the benefit and convenience of members residing in the colonies.
5.To work as an agent of members for the purpose of preparing plans, designing houses, buildings and parks.
6.To construct buildings for commercial use and for public welfare.
7.To lay down rules and regulations for proper use and maintenance of all buildings, roads and other facilities within the limits of the colony.
8.To do generally, all such things as may be useful or expedient to carry out one or all objectives of the Society.
9.To adopt measures designed to encourage the spirit of cooperation and friendship among members.

MPCHS has been started Fumigation regarding control of pandemic Dengue spread …… Fumigation is only for outdoor adult adese mosquitoes Control (OAC) therefore it was not recommended for spray indoor surroundings or inside homes as it can trigger cancerous diseases….. please close your windows or main doors on approaching fumigator vehicles so that to stop invading mosquitoes inside your houses…. It is also recommended by Ministry of Health that indoor Remedial Spray (IRS) should be done along with OAC for more effective resistance. For this you can use any product of Alpha Cypermethrin or Lamda Cyhalothrin for your indoor spray…… Howerver OAC Outdoor Spray is started from today Evening, Gate No. 1 street 78 of Block B then onwards carried out on Daily basis at 18 Hrs in All Blocks of Multi Gardens Scheme B-17.

*_Today, Ch. Nadeem Sarwar (General Secretary MPCHS), alongside Attiq Ur Rehman (Ex. Member MPCHS), Mr. Nadeem Akhtar (GM Maint. B-17), Mr. Rana Ubaid-ur-Rehman (GM Horticulture MPCHS), Mr. Naseer Ullah (Deputy GM BCS), Mr. Muhammad Naveed (Electrical Engineer), and the entire site supervision staff_* conducted a comprehensive visit across the scheme, especially in Blocks B-1, C, E, F, and G, including commercial areas, major roads, green spaces, and parks of Multi Gardens Scheme B-17, Islamabad.

Afterwards, meeting in Site Office is chaired by General Secretary MPCHS with the staff regarding ongoing and upcoming development works. Detailed briefing and issues were discussed and necessary instructions to ensure smooth progress. Priorities were set to ensure the timely and effective ex*****on of development and management activities.

Dear members AoA. Alhamdolilla, Management of MPCHS, has succeeded in obtaining stay order from High court on illegal and malafifde notices issued by CDA to certain residents in A and B1 blocks. The court has summoned the officer concerned in person on next hearing and asked as to why contempt of court proceedings may not be initiated against him. Please be assured that Management is fully aware of its responsibilities and will leave no stone unturned in protecting the rights of the members. *_Today, Ch. Nadeem Sarwar (General Secretary MPCHS), alongside Amjad Ali Awan(G.M Estate), Mr. Nadeem Akhtar (GM Maint. B-17), Mr. Rana Ubaid-ur-Rehman (GM Horticulture MPCHS), Mr. Muhammad Naveed (Electrical Engineer), Mr. Anjum Noushad (LP Supervisor) and the entire site supervision staff_* conducted a comprehensive visit across the scheme, especially in Block E,F and G including commercial areas, major roads, green spaces, and parks of Multi Gardens Scheme B-17, Islamabad.

He also visited various sites where ongoing development, maintenance, and electrical works were reviewed, and necessary instructions were issued to the concerned staff.

All ongoing and upcoming works across the society were discussed, and priorities were set to ensure the timely and effective ex*****on of development and management activities.
