Pakistan and China signed China Pakistan Economic Corridor CPEC agreement in April 2015.It is now expected to cost 73 $ billion Dollar . It will start from Gwadar, Khanjrab to Kashgar through highways and rail network. Under the Corridor Project China is expected to build Highways, Railway line, Petroleum Pipe line and optic Fiber link. China is also interested to extend Pak-Iran gas pipe line for
western border. The Distance from ports of China to Kashgar is approximately 5400 km while distance from Gwader to Kashgar is only 2000 km. Economic corridor will grown up the underdeveloped areas and prosperity by connecting the maximum number of population through highways and railways network of 3000 km include 200 km tunnels. This Economic corridor will be beneficial for three billion people which is almost half of the world population from China, South Asia and Central Asian States.
