پمیا عہدے داران کے ساتھ ایمپلائز ایسوسی ایشن کے آئین کے مندرجات اور دیگر معاملات طے کرنے لیے ڈی جی موسمیات نے ڈپٹی چیف ایڈمن آفیسر امین اللہ صاحب کو ذمہ داری سونپ دی: نوٹیفیکیشن جاری ۔ امین اللہ صاحب کے ساتھ 3 دسمبر کو پمیا کے وفد کی باقاعدہ میٹنگ ہوئی۔ انہوں نے پمیا کے آئین کی چند شقوں پر ایوی ایشن ڈویژن کے اعلی افسران کے اعتراضات سے آگاہ کیا۔ پمیا کے وفد نے ان اعتراضات پر غور کے لیے چند دن کا وقت مانگ لیا۔ میٹنگ میں پمیا کے وفد میں ڈاکٹرشہزادہ عدنان، شہزاد احمد تبسم، محمد فارق ڈار، ڈاکٹر محمد رضوان نقشبندی اور سرفراز حسین شامل تھے۔
