The concluding lecture of the Summer Internship Program, organized by the Islamabad Law Students Forum, was delivered by Vice Chairman Islamabad Bar Council, 𝐂𝐡. 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐟 𝐈𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧, Advocate.

The occasion was also graced by the presence of Advocate General ICT & Chairman Islamabad Bar Council, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤, who attended the concluding session and encouraged the participating law students.

At the conclusion of the program, Vice Chairman 𝐂𝐡. 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐟 𝐈𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧 and Advocate General ICT & Chairman Islamabad Bar Council 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤 distributed certificates among the participating students in recognition of their successful completion of the Summer Internship Program.

A valuable initiative aimed at providing law students with practical exposure, professional guidance, and an opportunity to learn from experienced members of the legal fraternity.

𝐀𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡! The Islamabad Bar Council is proud to announce the inauguration of a state-of-the-art 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 at the Federal Judicial Complex, G-11/1, Islamabad.

Housing an extensive archive of statutes, case law reporters, and legal commentaries dating back to 1962, this facility marks a significant milestone in empowering our legal fraternity. We welcome advocates, researchers, and students to explore and utilize this premier center for legal research and continuing professional development.

The 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 is honored to announce the successful inauguration of its newly established 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 at the 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅, 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮, 𝗚-11/1, 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱. This significant milestone reflects the Council's steadfast commitment to promoting legal education, academic excellence, and professional development within the legal fraternity.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the 𝐇𝐨𝐧'𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐰 & 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐳𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐫, who attended as the 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. The Islamabad Bar Council expresses its profound gratitude to the Honourable Minister for his gracious presence and continued support in advancing initiatives aimed at strengthening Pakistan's legal institutions.

𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢, 𝐂𝐡. 𝐇𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐳 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐘𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐛, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐰𝐚, whose collective dedication and vision have played an instrumental role in the realization of this important project.

Established through the dedicated efforts and initiative of the 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, the Library has been designed to serve as a modern center of legal knowledge and research. It will provide advocates, law officers, judicial officers, researchers, and law students with access to a comprehensive collection of legal literature, reference materials, and academic resources, thereby fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

This landmark project represents a significant investment in the intellectual growth of the legal community and underscores the Council's unwavering commitment to strengthening the administration of justice through enhanced legal research, education, and capacity building. The Library is expected to become a valuable resource for legal practitioners and an enduring contribution to the justice sector in the Federal Capital.

The Islamabad Bar Council takes immense pride in delivering this prestigious initiative for the benefit of the legal fraternity and reaffirms its commitment to undertaking progressive projects that promote legal scholarship, professional competence, and institutional excellence.

The Islamabad Bar Council successfully concluded Bar Vocational Course, Session 17 with the concluding lecture delivered by 𝐂𝐡. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐀𝐳𝐢𝐳, Advocate Supreme Court and Former Justice, Lahore High Court.

The lecture focused on "𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗶𝗹", providing the newly enrolled advocates with a practical understanding of the fundamental principles governing criminal proceedings and the law relating to bail in Pakistan. The session comprehensively covered the stages of a criminal trial, the rights and responsibilities of the prosecution and defense, judicial considerations in the grant or refusal of bail, and the significance of procedural fairness in the administration of criminal justice.

The Islamabad Bar Council extends its sincere gratitude to all the Hon'ble Judges and worthy members of the legal fraternity who generously shared their knowledge throughout the course and congratulates all participants on the successful completion of the Bar Vocational Course, Session 17.
