"Athlete’s Mindset for High Performance"

Yesterday, Peace Club hosted an inspiring and insightful session with "Mr. Najeeb Khattak," an international high-performance fitness coach, trainer, nutritionist, World Cup bronze medalist, and PhD Scholar in Health, Physical Education & Sports Sciences

The session explored an important question:

👉 What truly creates high performance in life, talent alone, or the habits and mindset behind it?

Participants discovered how nutrition, physical fitness, mental toughness, emotional resilience, discipline, and consistency are deeply connected to success not only in sports but also in education, leadership, career growth, and personal development.

💡 Key Insights from the Session:
✔️ The fundamentals of balanced nutrition and healthy living
✔️ How daily habits affect energy, focus, and mental performance
✔️ Why discipline and consistency matter more than temporary motivation
✔️ The connection between physical wellness and emotional resilience
✔️ How athletes train both the body and the mind for long-term performance
L
✔️ Practical ways to build healthier routines in a world filled with stress and distractions

The discussion encouraged participants to reflect on how small lifestyle changes can create stronger bodies, healthier minds, and more purposeful lives

👏 We sincerely thank "Mr. Najeeb Khattak" and all participants for making this session energetic, reflective, and deeply motivating.

Sometimes, peak performance does not begin in the gym…

It begins with the choices we make every single day

“Organized Living for Clarity and Peace in Life”

In today’s fast-moving world, many people appear productive on the outside… yet internally feel mentally exhausted, scattered, and overwhelmed.

So this session explored an important question:

What if true peace begins with the way we organize our lives?

The session created a thoughtful space to reflect on how disorganization silently affects our focus, emotional well-being, decision-making, and daily energy, often without us even realizing it.

🎙️ Facilitated by Ms. Humera

An Educationist and Researcher whose work focuses on helping individuals improve daily functioning through practical organization strategies and research-based approaches to reducing cognitive overload

Key Insights from the Session:

Why constant busyness does not always lead to clarity or productivity
How mental clutter impacts focus, peace, and emotional balance
Practical ways to organize personal & professional responsibilities
Creating systems that support productivity without burnout
Building a lifestyle where work and life feel aligned, not in conflict

Participants engaged in a meaningful discussion on how intentional organization can create not only better routines, but also a calmer mind and a more balanced life

We sincerely thank Ms. Humera and all participants for contributing to such an insightful and reflective conversation.

Sometimes, transformation does not begin with doing more…
It begins with creating space for clarity

"One Year of Peace Magazine"

A year ago, Peace Magazine was just a dream. A simple one: to create a space in Pakistan where stories of peace could live, breathe, and be heard.

We dreamed it. Then we built it, page by page.

In the last twelve months, copies found their way into the hands of strangers who became readers. We mailed them, hand-delivered them, and gifted them to peace lovers, civil society voices, academics, and business leaders who believe in a gentler tomorrow.

It wasn’t a loud year. There were no fireworks. But it was ours. Quiet, steady, and full of purpose.

To the Peace Magazine team who stayed up late editing, designing, and believing, thank you. To every reader who opened a page and carried an idea forward, thank you.

One year down. The story of peace isn’t finished yet.

Event Recap | Session Held Yesterday

"Why Small Conversations Turn into Big Conflicts"

Peace Club conducted an insightful online session that explored the deeper dynamics of everyday communication, where participants reflected on how simple interactions can sometimes lead to misunderstanding, tension, and conflict.
Pause before responding. Thoughtful communication creates better outcomes

The session was led by "Dr. Naila Rafique", from the International Islamic University Islamabad, a broadcaster, storyteller, and media literacy trainer. Her expert perspective bridged theory with real-life communication challenges in today’s digital world.

Key Insights from the Session
Instant responses often replace thoughtful reflection, leading to reactive communication
Misinterpretation of tone, intent, and context can quickly escalate situations
Emotional awareness is essential to prevent small issues from becoming major conflicts
Active listening plays a vital role in building mutual understanding and clarity
Empathy transforms communication from conflict to connection and collaboration

Key Learnings for Participants
Pause before responding.
Thoughtful communication creates better outcomes
Focus on understanding, not just replying
Communicate with clarity, intention, and emotional intelligence
Build stronger relationships through conscious and respectful dialogue

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Naila Rafique and all participants for contributing to a highly engaging and reflective session.

Let’s move forward with a simple yet powerful goal:

Communicate not just quickly, but consciously, clearly, and compassionately.

What if the real reward we’re chasing… is peace itself?

In a world driven by outcomes and recognition, we often forget that peace doesn’t need validation. It is not a step toward something else; it is the destination. When individuals and communities choose harmony, respect, and understanding, the reward is already present in that choice.

Social and cultural peace grows when we value calm over conflict and connection over division.

At Peace Magazine, we believe peace is not just a goal; it is a way of living, “The Literary Resistance to Violence for peaceful Pakistan.”

What Happens When You Change How You Communicate?

In cities like Islamabad & Rawalpindi, we interact with people all day…
Colleagues, clients, teams, students.

But here’s something most people don’t realize:

👉 It’s not the situation that creates conflict… it’s how we respond to it.

One conversation can build trust.
Another can silently damage relationships.

So the question is…

Are you communicating to react, or to truly connect?

🧠✨ Tomorrow, You Get the Answer

This Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Leadership Training is not just a session,
It’s a shift in mindset that helps you:

Stay calm in difficult situations
Turn misunderstandings into meaningful dialogue
Build trust without forcing authority
Lead people with clarity, empathy, and confidence

📍 Happening in Rawalpindi, Final Chance

This is a hands-on, activity-based experience, not theory.
And today is your last opportunity to secure your spot.

🚀 If You Deal with People, You Need This
