The youth of Pakistan deserve quality education, training programs and oppurtunities to exercise their capabilities and skills for the progress of Pakistan. Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program has been launched to ensure the economic empowerment of Pakistan’s youth. The program is pursuing this mission by awarding 60,000 paid internships to young graduates across country in public, private and
development sector organizations of Pakistan for a duration of 6-12 months. Interns will
receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000-40,000 conditional upon the timely completion
and submission of their monthly deliverables.
