Pakistan’s reform debate is usually emotional. It must become measurable.

The Progress Pakistan roadmap lays out a five-year transformation sequence: stabilize the economy, repair the structure, build the export engine, attract productive investment, and graduate from dependency by 2030. The blueprint targets a shift from roughly $30 billion in exports to $80 billion, tax-to-GDP from 10% to 18%, and foreign reserves from about $9 billion to $25 billion.

These are not just numbers. They are a discipline. Every ministry, province, regulator, and public institution should be judged by measurable outcomes.

A reform plan without numbers is a speech. A reform plan with timelines, KPIs, and accountability becomes a national ex*****on system.

Pakistan should be debating this seriously: What must be done in Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, and Year 5 to exit the cycle of emergency borrowing and low-growth survival?

لیکن آپ کی قیمت 68 فیصد بڑھ گئی۔
