Corruption is a menace which needs to be nipped in the bud. It must be rooted out of the society to let every section of people enjoy their freedoms. Corruption free society is transparent, just and equitable. Every one has equal opportunities and chance to compete on merit. Let us wage war against corruption together. Recently Anti corruption Department has started a renewed campaign against cor

ruption and initiated this process from within. The Officers have been repatriated to their original department. A major reshuffle has been carried out in Anti corruption Department first time in its history . Integrity and performance of the Anti corruption Officers will be closely monitored. Every department of Sindh Government will be closely watched and if any officer /official is found indulging in any type of corrupt practice will be booked under anti corruption laws. Civil Society is encouraged to point out people and departments where there is any complaint of corruption. Anti corruption Department assures every one that prompt legal action will be initiated on the complaints and the complainant will be kept informed of the progress in each case. Name of complainant can also be kept confidential if she or he wishes so. Let us fight corruption together. Sincerely
