Town Educational Development Centre - SITE Town" These campuses named as “Pilot Schools” will be provided with all facilities for the improvement in their Physical and Learning Environment.

City District Government Karachi (CDGK) and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) have created a vision to establish an effective model school system. 18 selected school campuses ( one school campus in each town) will be developed into Town Educational Development Centers to act as the focal points in each town for the facilitation of the Educational Reform Agenda, to be

financed through FPCCI-CDGK. These educational experiences will then be replicated in other schools in the City District Karachi and later may be replicated to all over the country. FPCCI, as always a potential partner of government, extends its cooperation to the CDGK to maximize the opportunities for educational development through public private partnership approach. This joint venture of two big giants in social sector has served as a laudable example of public private partnership to create an enabling environment to develop a sense of ownership and empowerment to the schools as institutions.
