Time for something savory.
Line your muffin tray with wonton wraps, top with a teaspoon of cooked mince of your favorite seasoning and some cheese, bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 300 degrees celsius or until the pastry is golden brown.
Perfect appetizer for a party, lunch, dinner or just eat as a snack. =)

Isn't it too hot these days? Lets try something healthy, refreshing and very easy to beat the heat! =)

Top half a cup of plain low fat yogurt with half a cup of chopped kiwi and 1/4 cup of mango. sprinkle with a tablespoon of roasted (unsalted) almonds or cashew nuts for some crunch ;)
