کشمیر میں دودھ کو دہی بنانے کے لیے ٹھنڈے چشموں پر اس طرح سے جگہ بنا کر وہاں پر دودھ کو رکھ دیا جاتا ہے جو کہ کچھ دنوں کے بعد دہی بن جاتا ہے.یہ عموماً ڈھوک (بہک) میں جب ہوتے ہیں وہاں پر کیا جاتا ہے.
