Kando Valley located in Tehsil Pattan District Kohistan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. This valley lies on Northwest side of Pattan about 35km away from Pattan city. unfortunately no one have easy access to this area because they have to go on foot about 10 to 15km becuase there is no road for kando. the road is finished at Chawadara from there the visitor have to go on foot. i want to get attent

This valley enrich in Forest Herb Shrub Fungi Pharmaceutical plants insects like honey bee. wild birds and wild animals including Lion, Bear Wolf, Deer, fox dogs. monkeys and many other Endangered animals and birds are also found in this valley. natural lakes like shurh lake is the largest lake of the Kohistan is also present in this valley. A group of Glacier are also present in this valley. kando glacier is the largest glacier of this area which is about 30km long and one km on average widht. i cannot describe more because my words are less than the beauty of the valley..simply i can say to every one it is very very very beautiful valley in Kohistan.
