ڈپٹی کمشنر کوہستان لوئر جناب ذوہیب حیات کی خصوصی ہدایت پر ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس کوہستان لوئر نے گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول پٹن میں نعت و قرات کا مقابلہ اور سیرت النبی کانفرنس کا انعقاد کیا۔ اس تقریب میں ضلع بھر سے مختلف اداروں کے طلباء نے حصہ لیا۔
تقریب کا آغاز تلاوتِ کلامِ پاک سے کیا گیا، جس کے بعد مقابلہ قرات اور نعت خوانی کا سلسلہ شروع ہوا۔ مختلف اداروں سے آئے ہوئے طلبہ نے قرأت و نعت کے مقابلے میں بھرپور جوش و جذبے کے ساتھ حصہ لیا اور اپنی خوبصورت آواز میں کلامِ الٰہی اور نعتِ رسولِ مقبول ﷺ پیش کر کے ماحول کو روحانیت سے معطر کر دیا۔
مقابلے کے بعد سیرت النبی ﷺ کانفرنس کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس میں مختلف علماء کرام اور مقررین نے سیرتِ طیبہ ﷺ کے مختلف پہلوؤں پر روشنی ڈالی۔ مقررین نے نبی کریم ﷺ کی حیاتِ طیبہ، اسوہ حسنہ، اخلاقِ کریمانہ اور تعلیماتِ نبوی ﷺ کو اجاگر کرتے ہوئے نوجوان نسل کو آپ ﷺ کے نقشِ قدم پر چلنے کی تلقین کی۔ کانفرنس میں اس بات پر خصوصی زور دیا گیا کہ سیرتِ رسول ﷺ کو اپنانا ہی معاشرتی اصلاح اور دینی و اخلاقی ترقی کی اصل کنجی ہے۔
مہمانِ خصوصی جناب عدیل حسین شاہ (ایڈیشنل اسسٹنٹ کمشنر) نے اپنے خطاب میں طلبہ کی بھرپور شرکت کو سراہا اور کہا کہ اس طرح کی تقریبات نوجوان نسل میں دینی جذبہ اور محبتِ رسول ﷺ پیدا کرنے کا بہترین ذریعہ ہیں۔
تقریب کے اختتام پر قرأت و نعت مقابلے میں پہلی، دوسری اور تیسری پوزیشن حاصل کرنے والے طلبہ میں مہمانِ خصوصی کے ہاتھوں ایوارڈز تقسیم کیے گئے۔

پاکستان کے یومِ آزادی کے پرمسرت موقع پر ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس نے ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے تعاون سے گورنمنٹ ہائی اسکول جیجال میں ایک پروقار تقریب کا اہتمام کیا۔ اس اقدام کا بنیادی مقصد نوجوان نسل میں حب الوطنی کا جذبہ، تاریخی شعور اور شہری ذمہ داریوں کا احساس بیدار کرنا تھا۔ اس تقریب کے ذریعے طلباء، اساتذہ اور مقامی برادری کو ایک پلیٹ فارم پر اکٹھا کیا گیا تاکہ بانیانِ پاکستان کی عظیم قربانیوں کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا جا سکے، مقامی بچوں کی صلاحیتوں کو اجاگر کیا جائے اور قومی تعمیر و ترقی میں نوجوانوں کے کلیدی کردار پر روشنی ڈالی جا سکے۔
تقریب میں مقامی عمائدین، محکمہ پولیس، نوجوانوں اور ظلبہ شریک ہوئے۔ تقریب کا باقاعدہ آغاز تلاوتِ کلامِ پاک اور تمام شرکاء کی جانب سے ایک آواز ہو کر قومی ترانہ پڑھنے سے ہوا۔ اس کے بعد طلباء نے انتہائی جوش و جذبے کے ساتھ مختلف سرگرمیوں میں حصہ لیا۔ بچوں نے دلنشین اور بااثر تقاریر پیش کیں جن میں تحریکِ آزادی کی تاریخ اور موجودہ نسل کی ذمہ داریوں کا احاطہ کیا گیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ طلباء نے پرتاثیر آوازوں میں ملی نغمے پیش کر کے تقریب کے ماحول کو وطن کی محبت کے رنگ میں رنگ دیا۔ موقع پر موجود مقررین اور معزز مہمانوں نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ اعلیٰ تعلیم، مضبوط اخلاقی کردار اور مثبت معاشرتی سرگرمیاں ہی ایک مستحکم پاکستان کی ضامن ہیں۔ تقریب کے اختتام پر نمایاں کارکردگی دکھانے والے طلباء اور معزز مہمانوں میں ایوارڈز تقسیم کیے گئے۔

Today on 14th August 2026, the District Youth Office in collaboration with the Education Department Kohistan Lower, organized a dignified and spirited event at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Chakai to mark Pakistan’s Independence Day. The celebration brought together students, teachers, local community leaders and youth to honor the national freedom movement and highlight the essential role of education and youth engagement in national building. The celebration aimed to pay rich tribute to the heroes of the freedom movement and instill historical awareness among the younger generation.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the National Anthem recited in unison by all attendees.
Students of GHSS Chakai actively led the proceedings with great enthusiasm. A series of passionate speeches were delivered by students highlighting the sacrifices of the founding fathers, the significance of 14th August, and the duties resting on the shoulders of today's youth. The patriotic atmosphere was further elevated as students performed soulful renditions of classic national songs (milli naghma), captivating the audience.
Distinguished speakers and guest officials addressed the gathering, expressing their thoughts on the significance of the day. They emphasized that academic dedication, strong ethical values, and constructive social participation are vital for national progress.
The event concluded with the distribution of awards and certificates among the best performers of the event.

جشنِ آزادی 14 اگست 2026ء
ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس نے ضلعی انتظامیہ اور محکمہ تعلیم کے تعاون سے، گورنمنٹ ماڈل گیریژن ہائی اسکول پٹن میں پاکستان کا یومِ آزادی بھرپور جوش و جذبے کے ساتھ منانے کے لیے ایک شاندار تقریب کا اہتمام کیا۔ اس تقریب میں ضلعی انتظامیہ، اساتذہ، نوجوانوں اور طلباء نے شرکت کی۔ تقریب کا مقصد اس عظیم قومی دن کو شایانِ شان طریقے سے منانا تھا۔
اس تقریب کے مہمانِ خصوصی ڈپٹی کمشنر لوئر کوہستان جناب ذوہیب حیات تھے، جبکہ ان کے ہمراہ ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفیسر، ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر، اسسٹنٹ کمشنر (ہیڈ کوارٹر)، مختلف ضلعی محکموں کے سربراہان بھی موجود تھے۔ تقریب کا آغاز پاکستان کے قومی جھنڈے کی پرچم کشائی سے ہوا، جس کے بعد تمام حاضرین نے مل کر قومی ترانہ پڑھا۔
تقریب کی ایک اہم خصوصیت طلباء کی فعال اور پرجوش شرکت تھی۔ بہترین انداز میں ترتیب دی گئی سرگرمیوں کے ذریعے طلباء نے اپنی صلاحیتوں، تخلیقی اظہار اور وطن سے محبت کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ طلباء نے ملی تقاریر پیش کیں جن میں جدوجہدِ آزادی کی تاریخ، بانیانِ پاکستان کی قربانیوں اور آنے والی نسل کی ذمہ داریوں پر روشنی ڈالی گئی۔ مزید برآں، رنگارنگ ٹیبلو اور ڈرامائی پیشکشوں کے ذریعے قومی یکجہتی، باہمی ہم آہنگی کے موضوعات کو اجاگر کیا گیا، جبکہ پرتاثیر ملی نغموں نے ماحول کو حب الوطنی کے رنگ میں رنگ دیا۔
حاضرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ڈپٹی کمشنر نے طلباء کی شاندار کارکردگی کی تعریف کی اور اتنی بااثر تقریب منعقد کرنے پر ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس اور محکمہ تعلیم کی مشترکہ کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ نوجوان ہی پاکستان کے مستقبل کی اصل ریڑھ کی ہڈی ہیں اور انہوں نے نوجوانوں پر زور دیا کہ وہ تعلیمی قابلیت، کردار سازی اور معاشرے میں مثبت کردار ادا کرنے پر توجہ دیں۔
تقریب کے اختتام پر مہمان خصوصی اور باقی شرکاء نے حصہ لینے والے طلباء میں انعامات، اسناد اور تحسینی شیلڈز تقسیم کیں۔

In compliance with the instructions of the Director Youth Affairs, the District Youth Office Kohistan Lower organized a meaningful International Youth Day celebration at Madrassa Jamia Arabia Islamia Pattan, with the aim of highlighting the importance, potential and positive role of youth in society. The students of Madrassa Jamia Arabia Islamia actively participated through speeches on topics related to the importance of youth, their responsibilities towards society, character building, education, leadership and their role in the development of the country. The students presented their views with confidence and demonstrated their awareness of the challenges and opportunities faced by young people.
The activity provided a constructive platform for the students to express their thoughts and ideas while encouraging them to develop communication, confidence, leadership and public-speaking skills. The participants were also encouraged to utilize their abilities and energy in positive and productive activities for the betterment of their community and society.
The event highlighted that young people are an important asset of society and that their meaningful engagement, education, skills development and character building are essential for sustainable community development.

The District Youth Office Kohistan Lower, in collaboration with Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Kohistan Lower, organized a Cleanliness Drive with the aim of promoting cleanliness, environmental responsibility and civic awareness among youth and the local community.

✨Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir 5th August 2026✨

In compliance of the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Kohistan Lower and the Director Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the District Youth Office Kohistan Lower in collaboration with Education department, organized a comprehensive solidarity program at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Chakai.
The event aimed to mark Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir, condemning the unconstitutional actions of August 5, 2019, while expressing unconditional moral, political and diplomatic support for the struggle of the Kashmiri people in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
Students of GHSS Chakai actively participated in thought-provoking speech contests and presented poignant tableau performances. Through these artistic expressions, the students highlighted the resilience of Kashmiris and depicted the ongoing human rights situation in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, speakers highlighted the historical importance of observing Youm-e-Istehsal. The event concluded with a collective prayer offered for the martyrs of Kashmir, the liberation of IIOJK, and the security and sovereignty of Pakistan.

On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kohistan Lower and the Director Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the District Youth Office Kohistan Lower in collaboration with the District Administration and Education department, organized a solemn and impactful event at GMGHS Pattan to mark Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir. The program brought together district administrative officers, youth and community members to condemn the illegal actions of August 5, 2019, and to express unwavering solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Chief Guest Mr. Adeel Hussain Shah (AAC) emphasized the historical significance of Youm-e-Istehsal, reaffirming Pakistan’s moral, diplomatic and political support for the Kashmiri cause.
Students delivered powerful speeches and presented emotive tableau performances depicting the resilience, sacrifices, and ongoing struggle of the Kashmiri people for self-determination. The event followed by a solidarity rally starting from Assistant Commissioner (AC) Office Pattan and concluded peacefully at Pattan Bazar.
The event concluded with a special prayer offered for the martyrs of Kashmir, the freedom and independence of IIOJK, and the peace, stability, and prosperity of Pakistan.

ڈپٹی کمشنر کوہستان لوئر اور ڈائریکٹر یوتھ افیئرز کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس کوہستان لوئر نے گورنمنٹ ہائر سیکنڈری سکول رانولیا، کوہستان لوئر میں "تعلیم پر سوشل میڈیا کے اثرات" کے موضوع پر ایک آگاہی سیمینار کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔

سیمینار کا مقصد نوجوانوں میں سوشل میڈیا کے مثبت اور منفی اثرات کے حوالے سے شعور اجاگر کرنا اور انہیں اس کے ذمہ دارانہ، محفوظ اور تعمیری استعمال کی ترغیب دینا تھا۔ مقررین نے اپنے خطابات میں اس بات پر روشنی ڈالی کہ سوشل میڈیا اگر مثبت انداز میں استعمال کیا جائے تو یہ تعلیم، تحقیق، معلومات کے تبادلے اور مہارتوں کے فروغ کا ایک مؤثر ذریعہ ثابت ہو سکتا ہے۔ تاہم اس کے غیر ضروری استعمال، جھوٹی معلومات، وقت کے ضیاع اور اخلاقی و سماجی مسائل سے بچنے کے لیے احتیاط اور ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرنا بے حد ضروری ہے۔

سیمینار کے دوران طلبہ نے بھرپور دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا اور سوال و جواب کے سیشن میں فعال انداز میں حصہ لیا۔ شرکاء کو ڈیجیٹل اخلاقیات، آن لائن تحفظ، تنقیدی سوچ اور سوشل میڈیا کے مثبت استعمال کے حوالے سے مفید رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی۔
