سڑکوں پر ہونے والے حادثات کی وجہ سے روزانہ تقریباً 3000 افراد بالٹی کو مکمل طور پر لات مارتے ہیں۔ مجموعی طور پر، سڑک کے حادثات 15-29 سال کے درمیان بالغ ہونے والے نوجوانوں کی موت کی مرکزی وجہ بن گئے ہیں۔ دنیا بھر میں سڑکوں پر ہونے والے 91 فیصد نقصانات نادان اور تخلیق کرنے والی قوموں میں ہوتے ہیں۔ پیدل چلنے والے لوگ، سائیکل سوار اور بائیکرز سڑکوں پر گزرنے والے نصف کی نمائندگی کرتے ہیں۔

لوگوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد کمزور پڑی رہتی ہے اور سڑکوں پر ہونے والے حادثات کی وجہ سے انہیں زندگی سے ہاتھ دھونا پڑتا ہے۔ سڑک کی بہبود کے ماہر تخمینوں کے بغیر، یہ اندازہ لگایا گیا ہے کہ2024 تک سڑکوں پر ہونے والے حادثات سالانہ تقریباً 1.9 ملین افراد کی موت کا باعث بن سکتے ہیں۔

Importance of traffic rules :
Traffic rules are not moderated by the government for earning money . It is for the protection of drivers . Whenever riding a scooter , a motorcycle or even a bicycle . When you are changing lanes , overtaking the other car , or taking a turn , always use turn signals or indicators to make fellow drivers know about your turn .
