Offence under section #489-F PPC
Business relationship between the parties.
Bail confirmed. It evident form contents of FIR that there were business relation inter –se petitioner and complainant; in this eventuality this impression cannot be ruled out that cheque in question was not issued by the petitioner for fulfillment of future obligations which is an important ingredient of section #489-F of PPC. Admittedly, cheque in question is in possession of police and nothing was to be recovered form petitioner. False implication of petitioner in instant case cannot be ruled out. -arrest bail was confirmed.
