عن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:
"اقْرَؤوا القُرْآنَ، فإنَّهُ يَأْتي يَومَ القِيامَةِ شَفِيعًا لأَصْحابِهِ."
(صحیح مسلم: 804)

Recite the Qur'an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for its companions.

ترجمہ: قرآن پڑھا کرو، کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن اپنے پڑھنے والوں کے لیے شفاعت کرے گا۔

رسول کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جس نے سورہ بقرہ کی دو آخری آیتیں رات میں پڑھ لیں وہ اسے ہر آفت سے بچانے کے لیے کافی ہو جائیں گی ۔

عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ قَرَأَ بِالْآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ۔

Narrated Abu Mas'ud:
The Prophet said, If somebody recited the last two Verses of Surat Al-Baqara at night, that will be sufficient for him.
