For the first time, SWTI organized a one-day basic training, “From Traditional to Modern Sanitation,” exclusively for sanitation workers (Sweepers)—a unique and much-appreciated initiative.

The participants proudly stepped into the classroom as learners and enthusiastically engaged in interactive lectures, practical demonstrations, and group activities. Their energy, participation, and healthy sense of competition made the training truly memorable.

A meaningful step towards dignity, professional development, and modern sanitation practices. 👏🌿
