پاپولیشن ویلفیئر ڈیپارٹمنٹ اور گورنمنٹ خواجہ رفیق شہید کالج کے اشتراک سے طلبہ کے لیے ایک خصوصی Counselling Session کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں لاہور جنرل ہسپتال سے تعلق رکھنے والi ماہرِ نفسیات (Clinical Psychologist) نے شرکت کی۔

سیشن کے دوران طلبہ کے ساتھ پیش آنے والے ذہنی، جذباتی اور سماجی مسائل پر تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی۔ طلبہ کو ذہنی دباؤ، تعلیمی پریشانیوں، اعتماد کی کمی اور مثبت طرزِ فکر کے حوالے سے مفید رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی جبکہ سوال و جواب کی نشست میں طلبہ نے بھرپور دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا۔

اس موقع پر ایک معلوماتی ڈاکیومنٹری بھی دکھائی گئی جس میں اس موضوع پر روشنی ڈالی گئی کہ نوجوان ملک کے لیے بوجھ نہیں بلکہ ایک قیمتی سرمایہ اور طاقت بن سکتے ہیں، بشرطیکہ ان کی صلاحیتوں کو درست سمت میں استعمال کیا جائے۔ طلبہ کو تعلیم، مہارت، نظم و ضبط اور مثبت کردار کے ذریعے ملک کی ترقی میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کی ترغیب دی گئی۔

طلبہ نے اس سیشن کو نہایت مفید قرار دیا اور مستقبل میں بھی اس نوعیت کے پروگرامز کے انعقاد کی خواہش ظاہر کی۔

Today, 10th May 2026, a large contingent of our college administration, faculty members, and students attended the daily flag-lowering ceremony at Wagha Border, Lahore 🚩🎖️

The ceremony also marked the one-year commemoration of "Marqa-e-Haq (Bunyan-ul-Marsoos)" 🕊️🤍, paying tribute to the unparalleled sacrifices and unwavering resolve of the Pakistan Armed Forces 💪🇵🇰

پیرنٹ ٹیچر میٹنگ(PTM)

گورنمنٹ خواجہ رفیق شہید ایسوسی ایٹ کالج والٹن روڈ لاہور میں مورخہ 11 مئی بروز سوموار 9:00AM سے 12:00PM تک پیرنٹ ٹیچر میٹنگ(PTM) کا انعقاد کیا جا رہا ہے جس میں طلباء اور ان کے والدین کی شرکت لازمی ہےاس میٹنگ میں طلباء کے پری بورڈ امتحانات کے نتائج اور تعلیمی کارکردگی کو ڈسکس کیا جائے گا۔
لہذا محترم والدین سے گزارش ہے کہ اپنی حاضری کو یقینی بنائیں۔

کالج میں سیکنڈ ایئر کے طلبہ کے لیے ایک مفید Career Counselling Seminar کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں طلبہ کو مستقبل کے تعلیمی اور پیشہ ورانہ مواقع کے بارے میں رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی۔

سیمینار میں طلبہ کو موجودہ جاب مارکیٹ کے بدلتے ہوئے رجحانات سے آگاہ کیا گیا اور بتایا گیا کہ مستقبل میں صرف ڈگری نہیں بلکہ عملی مہارتیں (Skills) کامیابی کا اصل ذریعہ ہوں گی۔ اساتذہ نے طلبہ کو روایتی رٹہ سسٹم سے ہٹ کر تخلیقی سوچ، مسئلہ حل کرنے کی صلاحیت اور جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے ہم آہنگ ہونے کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔

طلبہ کو یہ بھی بتایا گیا کہ Artificial Intelligence (AI) اب صرف آئی ٹی کے شعبہ تک محدود نہیں بلکہ میڈیکل، انجینئرنگ، تعلیم، بزنس، زراعت، میڈیا اور دیگر تمام شعبہ جات میں تیزی سے استعمال ہو رہی ہے۔ اس لیے ہر طالب علم کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنے مضمون کے ساتھ ساتھ AI Tools اور جدید ڈیجیٹل مہارتوں سے بھی واقفیت حاصل کرے۔

مزید برآں اس بات پر زور دیا گیا کہ جدید دور میں کامیاب رہنے کے لیے زندگی بھر سیکھنے (Learning) اور نئی چیزیں دوبارہ سیکھنے (Relearning) کا عمل جاری رکھنا ناگزیر ہے تاکہ طلبہ مستقبل کی مسابقتی جاب مارکیٹ میں مؤثر کردار ادا کر سکیں۔

پرنسپل جناب علیم تفضل نے اس موقع پر طلبہ سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مستقبل میں بھی طلبہ کے لیے اس نوعیت کے مزید تربیتی اور رہنمائی پروگرامز کا انعقاد کیا جاتا رہے گا تاکہ انہیں جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق بہتر مواقع فراہم کیے جا سکیں۔

سیمینار کے اختتام پر طلبہ نے بھرپور دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا اور اس رہنمائی کو اپنے مستقبل کے لیے انتہائی مفید قرار دیا۔
