Nida Mukhtar, Senior Policy Analyst at WDD, represented the department at the Punjab Monitoring and Implementation Unit's (PMIU) Knowledge Exchange Conference. She shared insights during the plenary session on "Supporting Women's Careers Through Safe Workplace and Childcare", underscoring the importance of structural support for working women.

Drawing on her research background, she contributed to a productive discussion on gender-inclusive workspaces and proposed training experts to formulate policy frameworks through a gender lens. She concluded her remarks by stating that investing in women's education is an investment, not charity.
