🚧 Progress Update | Revamping of Area Around Data Darbar & Bhaati Chowk, Lahore

Transformation continues around one of Lahore’s most significant cultural and religious landmarks as work progresses on the revamping of the area surrounding Data Darbar and Bhaati Chowk.

The latest progress footage highlights substantial advancement across multiple components of the project, with individual work fronts shown at approximately 58% to 94% completion. Key developments visible on site include:

🔹 Upgradation and improvement of surrounding road infrastructure
🔹 Development of medians, kerbs and organized traffic corridors
🔹 Installation of road markings, signage and safety elements
🔹 Improvement of pedestrian and public-use areas
🔹 Construction and finishing of supporting facilities
🔹 Landscaping and beautification works around Data Darbar
🔹 Enhanced lighting and overall improvement of the urban environment

The project is steadily reshaping the area into a safer, better organized and more accessible urban space, while improving mobility for the thousands of commuters, visitors and devotees who use this important corridor every day.

🚧 Progress Update | Neelum Underpass, LDA City Lahore

Construction activity continues at the Neelum Underpass, LDA City Lahore, with significant structural work visibly taking shape on site.

The latest progress footage shows multiple work fronts advancing simultaneously, including:

🔹 Extensive reinforcement steel fixing for major structural sections of the underpass
🔹 Concrete slab/structural works progressing on portions of the project
🔹 Ongoing excavation and earthwork for the underpass and approach areas
🔹 Development of retaining and supporting structural elements
🔹 Active deployment of heavy machinery and construction equipment across the site
🔹 Careful ex*****on of works around the existing railway corridor, with train operations visible alongside construction activities
🔹 Continued development of the surrounding road and approach infrastructure

The aerial views highlight the scale and complexity of the project, as key structural components gradually move from groundwork and reinforcement toward completed concrete sections.

Once completed, the Neelum Underpass will play an important role in improving connectivity, easing traffic movement, and strengthening the transportation infrastructure of LDA City Lahore.

💧 Advancing Water Conservation for a Sustainable Future

NESPAK presented innovative water conservation techniques and an integrated water conservation strategy for the Ravi Riverfront Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Project at the Consultative Symposium on:

“Water Resources Management and Environmental Stability as Fundamental Pillars of National Resilience and Sustainable Development.”

The symposium was held at the FPCCI Regional Office, Lahore, bringing together stakeholders and experts to discuss sustainable approaches to water resource management, environmental protection, and long-term national resilience.

Through integrated planning and responsible resource management, NESPAK continues to contribute technical expertise toward sustainable urban development and the protection of Pakistan’s vital water resources. 🌱🌊
