Dont play with old music, initiate leadership without fear to assist, guide and lead.
4: Appetite
Always be hungry, seek for food of thoughts thus you will know more than an average professional.
5: Credentials
Be crazy to read & update with most latest informations. Instead of shouting prove your worth.
6: Demonstration
Never hide your experties. Apply new strategy & controls at workplace.
7: Criticism
It paves the way for issues instead of being hurt , anyalise, findout and riseup.
8: Passion
Love your field for self satifaction & feel refreshed while learning new tips and strategies.

Training Officer
1: Knowledge
Understanding of bussiness/ orgnisation; what your Co does & how it does.
2: Efficiency
Maximise the sources to build a productive force. Make sure to develop an acute appreciation of and desire for efficiency.
3: Ability
Conduct a thorough " Training need Assessment" i.e what needs to be learned & how to priortise the learning.
4: Peel Off
Remove the layers of confussion, dont settle for surface solutions. Discover inner (actual) problems.
5: Communications
" Words" are great assests, these will be useless if not rooted to understand and/or backed by interpersonal skills.
6: Passion
Should reflect for continious learning best learner makes the best teacher. A trainer must keep him/ herself abrust with latest devlopments.
7: Endavor
Be an avid reader to cultivate a well rounded understanding of the world ( we live in).
8: Innovation
Training should not be boring a bad session may kill enthusiaism. Maximise the chances of gaining & holding your audiences. Be bold & diffrrent with teaching material.
