𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐝
A follow-up Focused Group Discussion (FGD) under the ‘Advanced Bootcamps and Freelancing Training Program’ was successfully held, bringing together distinguished representatives from the IT industry, software houses, training institutions and the academia to further strengthen this flagship initiative.
𝐎𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐁 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐟, 𝐃𝐆 𝐞-𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟 chaired the session and further discussed the implementation framework and the training model.
𝐀𝐃𝐆 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐢 presented the key outcomes and recommendations from the previous FGD and invited participants to provide their expert input on finalizing the implementation modalities and the way forward for the initiative.
PITB senior officials including 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐔𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐣 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐣 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦 were also present.
Building on the deliberations of the FGD earlier held this month, the participants engaged in comprehensive discussions on finalizing high-demand training domains, refining bootcamp delivery mechanisms, enhancing employability outcomes and developing effective strategies to minimize participant dropout rates.
