OPE (Community Organization for People Empowerment) is a non- political nonprofit able and non sectarian organization. It is registered under the society act of 1860 of Government of Punjab Pakistan.
Pakistan is one of the developing countries and like other developing countries it has manifold social and economic problems. So like the other developing countries Pakistan is unable to fulfill the socio economic requirements of its citizens. NGOs in Pakistan are playing a major role in the development of marginalized and downtrodden regiment of a society of Pakistan.

COPE like other NGOs of Pakistan emerged to change the plight of women and children. Pakistan is a land of saints who longed and struggled for peace and non-violent culture, so cope is also working for peace and social harmony among different sects and religions to promote sustainable peace and social harmony.

COPE is working hard to bring visible change in the lives of women and children through rights based and developmental initiatives.
It has special focus on organizing women to get unite and raise their voice against unjust structure and prejudice against women and religious minorities. COPE has strong relationship and networking with other like minded NGOs to perform collective efforts to achieve its objectives and goals.

COPE is striving for a society where women do not feel insecure and have a liberty and freedom of expression and could develop themselves without any social and economic obstacles

COPE dreams of a society that is free from injustice and women have equal rights and easy access to al necessities of life and where culture of peace and social harmony prevails.

Mission:

To mobilize and organize women to use available resource and talents to bring visible and measurable change in the lives and society.

Goal:

To develop just society and a peaceful world.

Objectives:

• To aware the women to their rights and dignity through awareness and workshops.
• To organize disorganized women to do collective efforts to change miserable plight to marginalized and down trodden women.
• To promote minority’s art through exhibition and concert.
• To save the women from domestic violence through awareness and legal aid.
• To provide legal aid to victimized women of sexual violence and domestic violence.
• To empower the women through rights based approach and organizing.
• To run advocacy campaign against honor killing of women.
• To provide skills to the unskilled women through vocational trainings.
• To develop house maids through micro finance program.
• To provide shelter to old and helpless women.

Request for Emergency Relief Response Project Heavy Rains and Flash Floods 2022 Pakistan.
Massive floods have killed a total of 238 people across Pakistan and left thousands homeless due to heavy monsoon rains.
Recently Pakistan is facing a big disaster and the majority of People are affected by heavy rains and floods. The monsoon season continues to affect several provinces of Pakistan, causing floods, landslides, and severe weather-related incidents, with humanitarian impact. According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), as of 18 July, up to 238 fatalities have been reported across seven provinces, most of them in Baluchistan (75 fatalities), Punjab (55), and Sindh (48), and 187 individuals have been injured. Almost 3,400 houses have been damaged, as well as 22 bridges and 11,5 km of roads. According to initial assessments at least 150,000 people require humanitarian assistance, 30,000 people have been severely affected in Baluchistan, and 400 families have been displaced as per initial field reports. Disaster Management Authorities at national and provincial levels are conducting rescue and relief activities. Besides, humanitarian actors including International Rescue Committee, Charites, Islamic Relief are providing food and non-food items in the affected districts in Baluchistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
The monsoon season continues to affect several provinces of Pakistan, causing floods, flash floods and severe weather-related events, and resulting in an increased humanitarian impact.
