*Meeting Update & Message from Chairman Reformers Group*

An important meeting was held yesterday at Sui Gas Phase-1 under the leadership of Syed Moazzam Ghaffar, Chairman Reformers Group, regarding the ongoing matters of Sui Northern Officers Cooperative Housing Society Phase-I & Phase-II.
The Chairman shared an important message with all respected members and assured them that the Reformers Group remains committed for the protection of members rights and interests.

*Message for Respected Members of Phase 2*

*Assalamu Alaikum Respected Members of Phase 2,*

I am a member of Phase 2.

I salute the spirit of democracy in our Phase. *1000+ members voted* — 567 for Reformers Group and 489 for Ittehad Group. This shows how much we care for Phase 2.

But it is extremely sad that even after this, we are still living in very difficult conditions:

- *No security*
- *No street lights*
- *Almost 400 plots under litigation*
- *Unit rate is 90 rupees, and still no basic facilities*
No possession because of still some blocks are approved from LDA
No electricity approved for residents even after two months of election,
Animals are wondering without any restrictions.
- ⁠- We are *unable to build our homes* due to lack of facilities

The most disappointing thing is:
*Finance Secretary of the Society, Mr. Azhar Rasheed*, is running a *property dealing business from his personal 2 kanal plot on Main Boulevard, Phase 2*.
And *
department vehicle is being used* for this personal business.

Respected members, as per *bye-laws and basic morality*, no management member can do property dealing. This is a clear *conflict of interest* and betrayal of the trust of 1000+ voters.

Please stop this personal business, fulfill your duties, and *solve the problems of Phase 1 & 2 first*.

We are not asking for favors. We are asking for our basic rights.

Win or loss is part of every election, but your love, trust, and support have been our greatest strength. I sincerely thank everyone who came from across Pakistan and from different parts of the world just to stand with us in this journey. Despite all challenges, losing Phase 1 by 109 votes and winning Phase 2 by 67 votes is a remarkable achievement for all of us.

We are deeply grateful to every supporter who stood with us in difficult times and throughout this movement. Your encouragement, motivation, and belief gave us the strength to keep moving forward.

For the last six months, Sir Maazam and his team have worked day and night for this community. From improving roads to completing a 2.5-year legal journey, with the support of the legal team, ladies’ members, and every dedicated supporter, every effort has been made with sincerity and commitment.

What was revealed today is deeply disturbing.

A female resident has come forward to expose an incident where young children were mistreated and pressured to speak against Reformers.

Children — who should be protected, respected, and kept far away from politics.

This is not just wrong.
This crosses a line that should never be crossed.

Elections are about ideas, performance, and leadership —
not fear, not pressure, and certainly not involving children.

A community is judged by how it treats its most vulnerable.
And today, serious questions have been raised.

This is not the culture our society stands for.
