پنجاب انفورسمنٹ اینڈ ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی (PERA) اپنے افسران و اہلکاروں سے اعلیٰ ترین معیارِ نظم و ضبط، دیانت داری اور پیشہ ورانہ طرزِ عمل کی توقع رکھتی ہے۔
اتھارٹی نے ایک افسر کے خلاف ثابت شدہ خلاف ورزیوں پر، مقررہ ضوابط کے مطابق محکمانہ کارروائی مکمل کرنے کے بعد ملازمت سے برطرفی (Removal from Service) کی سزا سنائی ہے۔ تحقیقات کے دوران یہ ثابت ہوا کہ سرکاری یونیفارم اور سوشل میڈیا کے استعمال سے متعلق جاری ہدایات کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی اور سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارم کو ذاتی تشہیر و پروپیگنڈا کے لیے استعمال کیا گیا۔
پیراواضح کرتی ہے کہ سرکاری اختیارات، یونیفارم اور سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز کو ذاتی تشہیر، ذاتی مفادات یا غیر مجاز مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کرنے کی ہرگز اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔ اتھارٹی پیشہ ورانہ نظم و ضبط، شفافیت اور عوامی اعتماد کے اصولوں پر کوئی سمجھوتہ نہیں کرے گی اور مستقبل میں بھی قواعد و ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی پر بلا امتیاز اور سخت کارروائی جاری رکھی جائے گی۔

No person shall make any encroachment, movable or immovable, on any State property.
