Under the Punjab Protection of Women Against Violence Act 2016, the court directs financial assistance to the affected woman. This can include:

🔹Healthcare expenses
🔹Job loss compensation
🔹Loss of property
🔹House rent
🔹Household expenses for the woman and her children

A healthy relationship is built on love and mutual respect. Compromise is part of relationships, but compromising your self-respect is not.

If someone repeatedly humiliates, insults, or devalues you, don't normalize it. Know your worth, set clear boundaries, and remember: love is only beautiful when there is respect.

صحت مند رشتہ محبت اور باہمی احترام سے مضبوط ہوتا ہے۔ سمجھوتہ رشتوں کا حصہ ہے، لیکن اپنی عزتِ نفس پر سمجھوتہ کرنا ضروری نہیں۔

بار بار بے عزتی، تذلیل یا تحقیر کو معمول نہ بنائیں۔ اپنی قدر پہچانیں، اپنی حدود واضح کریں اور یاد رکھیں: محبت وہی خوبصورت ہے جس میں عزت بھی ہو۔

Students from the second batch of the Women Protection Authority’s internship program visited the Punjab Forensic Science Agency, where they learned about forensic technology, its departments, and its role in crime investigation.

PFSA has set new standards in forensic investigation, playing a key role in cases including Zainab and Sania Zehra. Established during Mian Shehbaz Sharif’s tenure, it now provides forensic services to Punjab and other provinces.

The visit provided interns with valuable practical knowledge and enhanced their awareness.

پنجاب ویمن پروٹیکشن اتھارٹی نے ڈی آئی جی آپریشنز جناب فیصل کامران کے دفتر کی کھلی کچہری میں پنجاب پروٹیکشن آف ویمن اگینسٹ وائلنس ایکٹ 2016 کے بارے میں آگاہی فراہم کرنے کے لیے ورکشاپ کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
اس ورکشاپ کا انعقاد ویمن پروٹیکشن سینٹر لاہور کی جانب سے جائیکا کے تعاون سے "صنفی تشدد سے متاثرہ خواتین کے تحفظ، بحالی اور معاشی طور پر بااختیار بنانے کے پروجیکٹ" کے تحت کیا گیا۔
جس میں ڈی آئی جی آپریشنز فیصل کامران صاحب، ڈی آئی جی آفس کا عملہ، ویمن پروٹیکشن سینٹر کی ڈسٹرکٹ ویمن پروٹیکشن آفیسر مس رابعہ عثمان ، جائیکا پروجیکٹ کی ٹیم لیڈ مس نوریکو ہارا، ویمن پروٹیکشن سینٹر کی ٹرینر مس جویریہ آرزو کاشف، جائیکا پروجیکٹ کی فیلڈ کوآرڈینٹر مس مہناز اعوان نے بھی شرکت کی۔
آگاہی ورکشاپ میں خواتین کو درپیش شکایات کو نہ صرف سنا گیا بلکہ موقع پر ہی ضروری کارروائی کے لیے ان کی رجسٹریشن بھی کر لی گئی۔

Our responsibility now is to ensure that every woman feels protected, empowered and independent, and that every daughter grows up knowing she is capable of achieving her dreams.

پاکستان کا79واں یومِ آزادی ہم پاکستانیوں کے لیے ایک بہت بڑی خوشی کا موقع ہے۔ یہ کامیابی ، ہمت اور حوصلے کی داستان ہے۔ بزرگوں کی کاوشوں اور قربانیوں سے قیام پاکستان ممکن ہوا لیکن ہمارا آگے کا سفر نوجوانوں کے مرہون ِ منت ہے۔آزادی ایک بہت بڑی نعمت ہے چنانچہ مرد و خواتین سب کو ملک کی بہتری کے لیے اپنا اپنا حصہ ڈالنا ہے۔ پاکستان انشاءاللہ ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن رہے گا۔

Today, we are all celebrating Independence Day. Whenever the creation of Pakistan is discussed, the sacrifices of our women and especially the pivotal role of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah will always be praised and remembered.
Pakistan faced countless hardships, but today, Alhamdulillah, it stands as a strong and nuclear nation.

My message to our youth and women is this: Do not be afraid of hardships. Do not stop. Keep making progress.

Long live Pakistan! (Pakistan Zindabad!) 🇵🇰

On August 14th, we remember how Fatima Jinnah stood alongside Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the struggle for Pakistan, followed by Benazir Bhutto as Pakistan’s first female Prime Minister and Maryam Nawaz as Punjab’s first woman Chief Minister.

Today, women are leading in administration and every field. Financial independence empowers women to support themselves and their children and move forward with confidence.

Never tell your daughters they are weak. Your daughters are not weak, they are capable of achieving their dreams.
