For civil construction of Gated Barrage known as Head Siphon. Conflict of accent between UK & USA usually confuse people by word 'Head Syphon' which is incorrect because word 'Siphon' is being used by Engineers in civil projects and specifically for the project of head siphon Mailsi by Gammon Company and even in documentation , official letters , contract signed in 'Indus Water Treaty' executed by World Bank.
