Alhamdulillah, the PEIMA Quality Assurance Test has been successfully conducted in District Mandi Bahauddin. We express our sincere gratitude to Almighty Allah for the smooth and successful completion of this important assessment activity.
This success was made possible under the dynamic leadership and visionary guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Mandi Bahauddin, Mrs. Nuzhat Kalsoom Shahzadi. Her commitment and strategic direction ensured that all arrangements were carried out in an organized and effective manner.
The District Education Officer (Elementary-Male), Mr. Ali Nawaz, performed his responsibilities as District Focal Person with great dedication and professionalism. Furthermore, Mr. Raja Jahanzeb, serving as District Coordinator for PECTAA assessment activities, played a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of the test across the district.
We also highly appreciate the valuable contributions of all teachers, examination staff, and Resident Inspectors, who worked diligently to ensure that the examination process was conducted in a fair, transparent, and disciplined manner.
The collective efforts of all stakeholders resulted in the successful and transparent conduct of the PEIMA Quality Assurance Test in the district.

حکومتِ پنجاب کی ہدایات اور Punjab Education Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority کے جاری کردہ ایس او پیز پر عملدرآمد کرتے ہوئے ضلع منڈی بہاؤالدین میں محترمہ نزہت کلثوم شہزادی چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر، ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی منڈی بہاؤالدین کی زیرِ سرپرستی پیکٹا گریڈ 8 کے امتحانات کامیابی کے ساتھ منعقد ہوئے۔
ضلع بھر کے تقریباً 120 امتحانی مراکز میں بہترین انتظامات کے ساتھ امتحانات انتہائی منظم اور شفاف انداز میں اختتام پذیر ہوئے۔ تمام سپرنٹنڈنٹس، نگران عملہ اور امتحانی اسٹاف نے بھرپور محنت، ذمہ داری اور دیانت داری کے ساتھ اپنے فرائض سرانجام دیے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ امتحانی مراکز میں تعینات ریزیڈنٹ انسپیکٹرز اور ڈسٹریبیوٹنگ انسپیکٹرز نے بھی نگرانی اور انتظامی امور کو مؤثر بناتے ہوئے بہترین کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کیا۔
چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی منڈی بہاؤالدین نے امتحانات کے کامیاب انعقاد پر ڈسٹرکٹ فوکل پرسن علی نواز اعوان (ڈی ای او ایلیمنٹری)، محمد جہانزیب (ڈسٹرکٹ کوآرڈینیٹر برائے پیکٹا امتحانات) اور تحصیل فوکل پرسنز مظہر اقبال بھٹہ (ڈپٹی ڈی ای او و تحصیل فوکل پرسن ملکوال) اور فرحان عمر خان (تحصیل فوکل پرسن پھالیہ) ناصر فاروق ، نجم الحسن نجمی ، شاہد عمرانLMTs ، سمیت تمام سپرنٹنڈنٹس، امتحانی عملے اور متعلقہ افسران کی محنت کو سراہتے ہوئے ان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
انہوں نے اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ اسی جذبے، محنت اور ٹیم ورک کے ساتھ ضلع منڈی بہاؤالدین تعلیمی میدان میں مزید کامیابیاں حاصل کرتا رہے گا۔

محترمہ مس نزہت کلثوم شہزادی، چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی منڈی بہاؤالدین نے آج مختلف تعلیمی اداروں کا اچانک دورہ کیا۔ اس دوران انہوں نے گورنمنٹ ہائی اسکول منگٹ، گورنمنٹ گرلز ہائی اسکول منگٹ، گورنمنٹ گرلز ہائی اسکول پھالیہ امیر، گورنمنٹ گرلز ہائی اسکول پھالیہ اور گورنمنٹ ہائی اسکول پھالیہ امیر میں قائم پیکٹا گریڈ 8 کے امتحانی مراکز کا معائنہ کیا۔
دورانِ وزٹ سی ای او ایجوکیشن نے امتحانی عمل کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا اور اس بات کو یقینی بنایا کہ پیکٹا لاہور کی جانب سے جاری کردہ ایس او پیز پر مکمل عمل درآمد ہو رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے امتحانی عملے کو ہدایت کی کہ امتحانات کو شفاف، منظم اور میرٹ کے مطابق منعقد کیا جائے۔
مزید برآں انہوں نے متعلقہ تعلیمی اداروں کے تعلیمی ماحول، صفائی ستھرائی اور مجموعی انتظامی امور کا بھی جائزہ لیا اور سربراہان ادارہ کو اسکولوں کی تعلیمی و انتظامی کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر بنانے اور اداروں کی بیوٹیفکیشن کے حوالے سے ضروری ہدایات جاری کیں۔

اپنے دورے کے دوران سی ای او ایجوکیشن نے پیکٹا لاہور کی جانب سے جاری کردہ ایس او پیز پر عمل درآمد کا جائزہ لیا اور امتحانی عمل کو مزید شفاف اور منظم بنانے کے لیے ضروری ہدایات جاری کیں۔ اس کے علاوہ انہوں نے اسکولوں کی مجموعی کارکردگی، تعلیمی ماحول اور صفائی کے انتظامات کا بھی معائنہ کیا۔

Four-Day Training on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Successfully Concluded

The four-day training of Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) concluded successfully at the PECTAA Field Office / GHSS Sohawa Bolani, Mandi Bahauddin.

During the session, Mr. Zia Ullah Abbasi, Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Mandi Bahauddin, personally conducted two highly interactive sessions on critical thinking, educational leadership, and management skills. His valuable guidance greatly enhanced the participants’ knowledge and motivation.

Master trainers conducted the training with full dedication and enthusiasm. On the final day, certificates of participation were distributed among the trainees and trainers by PECTAA Mandi Bahauddin.

According to letter No. 9/2025 dated May 13, 2025, from Punjab Examination Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore, a four-day capacity building training on item writing is being organized in District Mandi Bahauddin. Teachers of eight subjects will be provided four-day capacity building training by PECTAA, Lahore.
The subjects include:

- Mathematics
- Islamiat
- Translation of the Quran
- Computer Science
- Ethics
- Science

*SUCCESSFUL CONDUCT OF PEIMA QAT AND LSA IN MANDI BAHAUDDIN*

Mandi Bahauddin - The Quality Assurance Test (QAT) under the Punjab Examination Commission for PEIMA schools was conducted successfully in Mandi Bahauddin, ensuring complete security and secrecy at all examination centers.

The District Education Officers (SE, EE-M & F), Deputy District Education Officers ( Tehsil Focal Persons PEC),AEOs and Test Administrators (Teachers) worked tirelessly under the leadership of CEO-DEA, Mr. Zahidullah Abbasi.

The Mandi Bahauddin PEC team, comprising Nasrullah Khan Niazi, District Focal Person, &

Muhammad Jahanzeb, District Facilitator,
played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination.

Additionally, the Large Scale Assessment (LSA), a research project of the Punjab Examination Commission, witnessed the successful training of 164 Test Administrators, followed by the seamless distribution of examination materials.

The ongoing LSA is also progressing smoothly in Mandi Bahauddin, thanks to the meticulous planning and ex*****on by the district education authority.

School Based Assessment (SBA) is also in progress at the same time.

This achievement is a testament to leadership of Mr. Ziaullah Abbasi, CEO-DEA and all team, District Education Authority.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of District Education Authority, Mr. Ziaullah Abbasi, made a surprise visit to Government Higher Secondary School Sohawa Bolani/QAED Mandi Bawauddin. During his visit, he inspected the beautification work done by the school administration and appreciated their efforts .

Mr. Abbasi also reviewed the arrangements for the upcoming board examination and visited the examination hall. He emphasized the importance of setting up an admission desk to facilitate the admission process. Moreover, he suggested that the school administration should launch an enrollment campaign with the help of the local community to enhance the school's strength, learning, and teaching.

As the CEO of District Education Authority, Mr. Abbasi's role involves overseeing education-related matters in the district. His visit demonstrates his commitment to ensuring the quality of education and infrastructure in schools.
