وزیر برائے پاور ڈویلپمنٹ آرگنائزیشن آزاد حکومتِ ریاست جموں و کشمیر، چوہدری محمد رشید صاحب کی خصوصی کاوشوں اور ذاتی دلچسپی کے باعث حلقہ انتخاب ہٹیاں دوپٹہ میں 1.95 میگاواٹ نوشہرہ ہائیڈل پراجیکٹ کے ٹینڈر باضابطہ طور پر طلب کر لیے گئے ہیں۔

آزاد کشمیر میں بجلی کی لوڈشیڈنگ میں کمی کے لیے عملی اقدامات کا آغاز ہو چکا ہے۔ وزیر حکومت کی خصوصی دلچسپی اور مسلسل کاوشوں کے نتیجے میں 3 میگاواٹ پھلاوئی ہائیڈل پراجیکٹ (ضلع نیلم) اور 2.71 میگاواٹ خورشید آباد ہائیڈل پراجیکٹ (ضلع حویلی) کے ٹینڈرز بھی کال کر دیے گئے ہیں۔

اس اہم منصوبہ کی تکمیل سے نہ صرف حلقہ انتخاب ہٹیاں دوپٹہ بلکہ پورے ضلع جہلم ویلی کے عوام کو سستی، پائیدار اور ماحول دوست بجلی کی فراہمی ممکن ہو سکے گی۔ یہ منصوبے توانائی کے موجودہ بحران میں نمایاں کمی کا باعث بنیں گے اور بجلی کی لوڈشیڈنگ میں خاتمہ کیجانب اہم سنگ میل ثابت ہو گا ،جبکہ تجارتی سرگرمیوں کو بھی فروغ ملے گا۔
ہائیڈل پراجیکٹس کی تعمیر کے دوران مقامی افراد کے لیے روزگار کے متعدد مواقع پیدا ہوں گے، جس سے علاقائی معیشت کو تقویت ملے گی اور عوام کے معیارِ زندگی میں بہتری آئے گی۔

علاؤہ ازیں وزیر حکومت کی مسلسل نگرانی اور خصوصی دلچسپی کے باعث حلقہ انتخاب میں 500 کلو واٹ ہڑیالہ اور 500 کلو واٹ پٹھیالی ہائیڈل پراجیکٹس بھی تکمیل کے آخری مراحل میں ہیں،جو جلد عوام کو بجلی فراہم کرینگے ۔

Minister Chaudhary Muhammad Rashid, keeping in view the needs of the people of Constituency Halqa 4, has approved major development projects that were essential for the area’s progress and welfare.
Key Approved Projects:
✅ 10-kilometer Roma Batkanala to Upper Kai Manja Road
✅ Pathiyali Hydropower Project
✅ Haryala Hydro Power Project
✅ Rati Dehri Bridge
✅ Nowshera Hydropower Project
In addition, several smaller yet important development schemes are also under rapid construction.
All these initiatives clearly demonstrate that Chaudhary Muhammad Rashid is firmly committed to continuing the journey of public service and development under all circumstances.

Birmingham:
Senior parliamentarian of Azad Kashmir and government minister Chaudhry Muhammad Rashid has said that the rapid progress Pakistan is making is a matter of pride for the entire nation. “As Kashmiris, we proudly say that we are Pakistanis, and Pakistan belongs to us.”
He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony organized by the Quaid-e-Azam Trust UK during his visit to the United Kingdom. He said that Allah Almighty entrusted Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (RA) with the great task of establishing Pakistan—an achievement that the nation can never forget. Such a great leader, who secured freedom for us and gave us an independent state, will always be remembered.
Chaudhry Muhammad Rashid said that by declaring Kashmir the “jugular vein” of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam permanently highlighted its geographical, political, and ideological importance. He emphasized that the relationship between Kashmiris and Pakistan is not merely political, but ideological and rooted in faith—an example rarely found anywhere in the world.
He further stated that even today, Kashmiri youth in occupied Kashmir raise the Pakistani flag at sensitive locations such as Lal Chowk in Srinagar and chant slogans of “We are Pakistanis,” for which they sacrifice their lives. Such youth consider it an honor to be buried wrapped in the Pakistani flag, which is clear evidence of the Kashmiris’ deep love for Pakistan and their unwavering commitment.
The minister said that Kashmir must be liberated and become part of Pakistan, as this is the fulfillment of the sacrifices and dreams of the forefathers of the Kashmiri people. He added that the flawed partition carried out by Lord Mountbatten gave rise to serious regional issues, with the Kashmir dispute at the top.
Chaudhry Muhammad Rashid called upon the international community to play an effective role in resolving the Kashmir issue and to compel India to implement United Nations resolutions.

Minister of the AJK Government, Chaudhry Muhammad Rasheed, visited the Ratti Dheri–Dupatta Bridge project. On this occasion, he issued strict instructions to the Highways Department and the contractor to ensure the project is completed at the earliest.
The visit was attended by contractor Raja Azad Khan, President Press Club Garhi Dupatta Chan Zaib Abbasi, Dilpazeer Kiani, and others.
