NEWS REPORTER
Independent Urdu is seeking a skilled News Reporter to join our newsroom on a retainer contract for two separate positions based in Karachi and Peshawar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cover breaking and daily news with accuracy and strong visual elements.
- Produce digital content, including video packages, live segments, and photos.
- Pitch story ideas, write and edit reports, and contribute to daily planning.
- Conduct interviews and maintain reliable sources for ongoing coverage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in news reporting or multimedia production.
- Strong command of Urdu and English.

سننے میں آیا ہے کےایک بار پر سے گاؤں کاہی میں باہر سے آنے والے وہ حضرات جو کباڑ اور دوسری اشیاء بیچنے آتے ہیں، منشیات اور کچھ دوسرے معاملات میں ملوث پائے گئے ہیں۔ پہلے بھی اس حوالے سے پوسٹ کی گئی تھی لیکن کچھ لوگوں کو یہ بات ناگوار گزری ۔ پھر سے بتلا رہا ہوں، آگاہ کر رہا ہوں گاؤں کے حالات پہلے سے خراب ہیں اور مزید خراب ہونگے اگر اس حوالے سے کوئی ٹھوس اقدامات نہیں اٹھائے گئے۔ سبزی فروش اور دوسری اشیاء بیچنے والوں کو گاؤں میں گلی گلی پھرنے کی اجازت نہیں دینی چاہیئے اور جو بھی بندہ تجارت کی غرض سے آئے، اسکو مارکیٹ سے آگے آنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جانی چاہئے۔
