E-Grievance Redressal System FATA FATA E-Grievance Redressal System allows any person from FATA to call dedicated toll free number, visit website or send Fax and register their complaints.

FATA E-Grievance Redressal System has been developed by Secretariat that allows any person to call in a dedicated toll free number, visit website or send Fax and register their complaint pertaining to government. Any person from anywhere within Agencies or Frontier Regions or even outside FATA can call e-GRS at toll free 0800 88777 number to seek grievance for concerns related to wide range of go

vernment services and administrative provisions. With a vision to bring a paradigmatic shift in public grievances Redressal, the System has been developed with the support from Multi-Donor Trust Fund and World Bank through PCNA Implementation Support Unit FATA. This innovative approach utilizes the simplest and widespread telephone and mobile technology to communicate directly to the concerned officers at FATA Secretariat for seeking solutions to their complaints. Systematic and well maintained system ensures categorization of complaints so that every complaint is noticed and treated with the necessary sense of urgency.
