*1ST FEMALE KHULI KACHEHRI HELD IN DISTRICT PISHIN*

On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, Pishin, the 1st Female Khuli Kachehri of District Pishin was chaired by the Assistant Commissioner, Hurramzai, Ms. Ida Judith Gill, providing a dedicated platform for women to voice their concerns and grievances.

The Khuli Kachehri was held from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and attended by around 150 women from different areas and walks of life. Approximately 90 written and verbal complaints regarding various public issues were received. Around 50% of the complaints were resolved on the spot through coordination with the concerned departments, while the remaining complaints were referred to the relevant departments for necessary action and timely redressal.

Development-related proposals and issues raised by the participants will also be considered for inclusion under BSDI, subject to the prescribed criteria and approval. The participating women appreciated the initiative and expressed their satisfaction with the efforts of the District Administration Pishin to provide an inclusive platform for addressing women’s concerns.

*SURPRISE INSPECTION OF BHU SHAKERZAI*

As per Government directions, the Assistant Commissioner, Hurramzai, conducted a surprise inspection of BHU Shakerzai. Staff attendance, cleanliness, availability of medicines, and basic healthcare facilities were reviewed.

The concerned staff was directed to ensure regular attendance, proper hygiene, availability of essential medicines, and efficient delivery of healthcare services to the public.

*SURPRISE INSPECTION OF GGPS HAJEZAI*

As per Government directions, the Assistant Commissioner, Hurramzai, conducted a surprise inspection of GGPS Hajezai. Attendance of teachers and students, cleanliness, basic facilities, and the overall learning environment were reviewed.

The school administration was directed to ensure regular attendance, punctuality, cleanliness, and effective delivery of educational services.

*MEETING REGARDING REVENUE MATTERS WITH THE PUBLIC*

The Assistant Commissioner, Hurramzai, held a meeting with the general public and Patwari, Tehsil Hurramzai, to review revenue-related matters and address public grievances. Necessary directions were issued to the revenue staff for timely disposal of cases, transparency, proper maintenance of records, and prompt redressal of genuine complaints.

*SURPRISE INSPECTION OF HURRAMZAI BAZAAR*

As per Government directions, the Assistant Commissioner, Hurramzai, conducted a surprise inspection of Hurramzai Bazaar in coordination with the Balochistan Food Authority (BFA). Various food outlets were inspected for food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, storage practices, and expiry dates.

Shopkeepers were directed to ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and refrain from selling substandard or expired food items. Action will be taken against violations under the relevant laws.
