Ms. Seher Salahuddin Dotani, Superintendent (BPS-17) in the Services & General Administration Department, has been posted as the In-Charge of the Baby Day Care Centre, Civil Secretariat, Quetta.
Ms. Seher has had the distinction of serving as the Private Secretary to the first Provincial Ombudsperson, Balochistan Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace. She also served as Private Secretary to the first and second Chairpersons of the Balochistan Commission on the Status of Women.
With her experience in matters relating to women’s rights, welfare, and empowerment, Ms. Seher Salahuddin is recognized as a committed and pro-women officer. Her appointment as In-Charge of the Baby Day Care Centre reflects her professional experience and commitment to creating a supportive and women-friendly working environment.
The Baby Day Care Centre is a landmark initiative of the Services & General Administration Department, aimed at facilitating working women in Balochistan. The facility provides female employees with a safe, caring, and convenient place for their young children during working hours, enabling them to perform their official duties with greater peace of mind, confidence, and efficiency.
