The Deputy Director of the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻, accompanied by team members 𝗠. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝘇𝗮𝗻 and 𝗔𝗾𝗶𝗯 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻, visited 𝗜𝗯𝗻-𝗲-𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮’𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻, as part of BBISE’s ongoing academic outreach and awareness initiative.

During the visit, Prof. Haroon Khan briefed the school administration, teachers, and students on the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀, covering the revised 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀, 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗣𝗕𝗔), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

An interactive session was also held with the teaching faculty to address questions, clarify concerns, and provide guidance regarding the new assessment system.

The BBISE team emphasized the importance of 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 in developing students’ 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲.

📢 𝐑𝐞-𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), Quetta has issued a notification regarding the revised marks of candidates whose marks increased after re-counting of HSSC Annual Examination 2026 answer scripts.

A total of 1,124 applications involving 4,329 answer scripts/papers were processed. Cases involving calculation errors, data-entry discrepancies, and scripts recommended for rechecking were scrutinized and rectified accordingly.

📌 Candidates who feel aggrieved may submit an appeal to the Chairman, BBISE within 30 days of issuance of the notification, under Rule 159(9) of BBISE Rules, 2026.

دورے کے دوران پروفیسر ہارون خان نے اسکول انتظامیہ، اساتذہ اور طلبہ سے نئی امتحانی اصلاحات پر گفتگو کی۔ انہوں نے نئے نصاب، سلیبس، ماڈل پیپرز، امتحانی طریقہ کار، پریکٹیکل بیسڈ اسسمنٹ (PBA) اور پراجیکٹ بیسڈ اسسمنٹ کے حوالے سے آگاہی اور رہنمائی فراہم کی۔

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) hosted the fourth session of its “Voices for Education” initiative, bringing together prominent educationists, policymakers, development partners, journalists, and board officials to discuss ways to strengthen the province’s education system and assessment practices.

The session was attended by BBISE Chairman Mr. M. Ishaq, Controller of Examinations Dr. Zia-ul-Haq Kakar, Additional Secretary Mr. Shamsullah, Data Processing Manager Mr. M. Khalid, Deputy Director Mr. Haroon Khan, Deputy Controller Mr. M. Asif, and Sports Officer Mr. Baz Muhammad.

The forum also included Mr. Tayyab Lehri (Ex. Secretary, Govt. of Balochistan), Mr. Nazar M. Kakar (Chief Instructor, Balochistan Civil Service Academy), Mir Behram Baloch (Senior Journalist), Prof. Afshan Abdul Haq (Principal, GGDC Jinnah Town), Dr. Fareeda Mehdi (Representative of SBK, HOD Chemistry Department and Director Career Counseling), Ms. Hawa Sakhi (Director, Tamir-i-Nasl-i-Nou School System), and Mr. Fahad Islam (Representative of the DEO Quetta).

Participants held meaningful discussions on existing challenges and systemic gaps in education and assessment. They shared practical recommendations aimed at improving transparency, fairness, quality, and student-centered learning across Balochistan.

The session reaffirmed the collective commitment of all stakeholders to introducing sustainable reforms and building a stronger, more equitable, and future-ready education system for the province.

The team emphasized the importance of 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 among all education stakeholders, noting that 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 is essential for improving the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment.

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) hosted the third session of its “Voices for Education” initiative, bringing together key educational leaders, policymakers, development partners, and board officials to discuss and reform educational frameworks and assessment methodologies across Balochistan.

The session was attended by BBISE Chairman Mr. M. Ishaq, Controller of Examinations Dr. Zia ul Haq Kakar, Data Processing Manager Mr. M. Khalid, Deputy Director Mr. Haroon Khan, Deputy Controller Mr. M. Asif, and Sports Officer Mr. Baz Muhammad.

The forum also featured Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmed, Dr. Lubna Shah, Ms. Bushra Qamar, Mr. Inayatullah, Mr. Sagheer Ahmed Durrani, Ms. Hameeda Aziz, and Ms. Nagina Rehman.

Together, the participants analyzed systemic gaps and proposed strategic reforms to strengthen transparency, fairness, quality assessment, and student-centered learning across Balochistan.
